1/5 Stars - Extremely Poor Management
I'm writing this review as a last resort after having a series of disappointing experiences at the Homesense store located in Fair lakes. The main issue lies with the store manager, who seems to be consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional.
Specifically, I've encountered the following issues:
Lack of Customer Service: He has failed to address my concerns and has shown no interest in resolving issues. Poor Store Conditions: The store is often disorganized and messy, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care. Unhelpful Staff: The staff seems untrained and uninterested in assisting customers, which may be a result of poor management.
I've tried to give this store multiple chances, but the consistent poor experience has left a sour taste. I hope the company takes these reviews seriously and takes necessary actions to improve the management and customer experience.

They have a large rug section and I think the prices are much cheaper then name brand mall stores. I love going in at change of season to find fun decorations. Michael, their location Manager, met me at the door. He was able to navigate me to the items I was looking for that day, my first time there. I spent an hour in the store, getting familiar with their inventory. I was very surprised to see so much Halloween themed items. I think it's too soon. They do carry a large furniture section, much larger than Home Goods, with a wall appointment of lamps. I like the well separated aisles of kitchen items from bathroom items. There are plenty of floor staff walking around to help you. I was also satisfied to see security people in the store. Lowering shoplifting losses is always a thumbs up in my book....
