Tudor's Biscuit World — Restaurant in Ceredo

The Tudors in Ceredo is 2nd to ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER TUDORS AROUND!! The ladies that have been there since, (I was in, at the very least high school, moat likely longer), are the reason why quite EVERYONE in this area choose this Tudors over ALL OTHERS, INCLUDING OTHER RESTAURANT BASED BUSINESSES IN THIS AREA AS WELL.... Without those ladies the food would not be HALF as good, the service would not be HALF as friendly or eager to please, nor would anyone else care about the QUALITY OF THE FOOD LIKE THESE LADIES DO!!! WHY YOU MAY ASK?? WELL I'LL BE HAPPY TO TELL YOU.....#1: THEY'RE FROM THE AREA SO THEY KNOW AS REGURLAR CUSTOMERS, PERSONAL ACQUAINTANCES OR AS FRIENDS, NEARLY IF NOT ALL, OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES!!! AND AS FOR TUDORS AS A BUSINESS, PLEASE DO NOT LET THESE LADIES GO OR FIRE THEM TMIR RELOCATE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR AGE, THEIR SPEED OF WORK OR PRODUCTIVITY EVER AGAIN!!! YOU LOST A LOT OF BUSINESS THEN, AS WE ALL KNOW BECAUSE YOU BROUGHT THEM BACK...BUT I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT OUR SMALL COMMUNITY WILL NOT TAKE NEAR AS KINDLY TO IT A SECOND TIME, AND YOU STAND TO LOSE A LOT MORE THAN JUST A LITTLE BUSINESS, YOU'LL LOSE THE LOYALTY OF THE RESIDENTS WHOSE TOWN YOU RESIDE IN AND DEPEND ON GREATLY FOR THE BULK OF YOUR BUSINESS. I had a horrible experience there yesterday. I'll tell you about my experience. I ordered a bacon melt, little tater and a cup of ice. My order came to $8.72 I gave the lady $10.75. She gave me $1.03. I tried to explain to her that this was incorrect, she got very rude and "explained " to me how math worked. She said the change (3cents) made it nine dollars and the one dollar made it 10. I then told her that wasn't correct and offered to show her on a calculator. She refused and said I'll give you an extra dollar but when my register comes up short that's on you. I told her thank you and have a nice day. She just shut the drive thru window on me. She was just very rude. The dollar wasn't even important it was just her attitude on the whole situation. The potatoes in the little tater were also hard and under cooked. I didn't want to take it back since she was already so rude to me over a dollar. I sadly won't be back to...

I love Tudor's, but I won't be returning to to this location. On my last visit, I went through the drive-through and ordered a Mountaineer biscuit and asked them to put the hash brown on the side, as I've done many times in the past. When I got home, I found that they didn't give me a hash brown at all. I called the restaurant to complain and the woman who answered refused to offer any compensation other than a free hash brown. I told her I thought a free biscuit would be reasonable, as other chains do that sort of thing all the time to make up for their screw-ups but she wouldn't hear of it. So long, Ceredo Tudor's.
