The Staff are Under Educated & Rude As Can Be!!! I've NEVER Dealt With Such DISRESPECTFUL IGNORANT FAST FOOD EMPLOYEES AS I HAD TO DEAL WITH HERE AT THIS CARL'S JR ON CROWSLANDING ROAD IN MODESTO, CA.!!!! THE YOUNG HISPANIC LADY THAT WORKS IN THE MORNING (I HONESTLY CAN NOT REMEMBER HER NAME RIGHT THIS SECOND BUT I DO HAVE IT WROTE DOWN SOMEWHERE. AS I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH HER, HER IGNORANCE & HER DISRESPECT A FEW TIMES NOW & I WILL ADD HER NAME TO THIS POST AT A LATER TIME WHEN I FIND THE PAPER I WROTE IT ON!) SIMPLY PUT SHE SHOULD NOT BY ANY MEANS WORK IN FAST FOOD, CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY KIND OR WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER!!!! THIS YOUNG LADY IS BEYOND RUDE! SHE GOT OUR ORDER WRONG, OVER CHARGED US FOR OUR ORDER, & THEN ACTED AS IF WE WERE TRYING TO ROB HER WHEN I INFORMED HER THAT SHE OVER CHARGED US FOR OUR FOOD BY CLOSE TO $5!!! AND THEN SHE CALLED HER CO-WORKER OVER & BEGAN SPEAKING IN SPANISH... AND NOW I AM NOT WHAT SO EVER CLAIMING TO KNOW, SPEAK OR EVEN REMOTELY UNDERSTAND SPANISH... HOWEVER, FROM THEIR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS, BODY LANGUAGE & THEIR RUDE GLARES BEING SHOT IN MINE & MY HUSBAND'S DIRECTION ANYBODY COULD CLEARLY TELL THEY WERE NOT WHAT SO EVER SAYING ANYTHING AT ALL NICE OR IN A POSITIVE WAY!!! THEN WHEN I ASKED "HEY DO YOU THINK YOU CAN SPEAK ENGLISH PLEASE? ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SPEAKING OF US OR OUR ORDER? BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE THE RIGHT THING TO DO YOU KNOW!?" I WAS TOLD "NO! VERY LITTLE ENGLISH I UNDERSTAND!" WELL HELLO!? YOU SPOKE ENGLISH TO TAKE OUR ORDER YET YOU CAN NOT GET OUR ORDER CORRECT OR CHARGE US THE CORRECT AMOUNT!!! HMMMM... MAYBE YOU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THE REGISTER THEN, RIGHT? OR LEARN BETTER ENGLISH &/OR SKILLS TO PUNCH IN A ORDER CORRECTLY!? I WANT THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE CORPORATE OFFICE!" I WAS THEN TOLD "NO. I DO NOT KNOW THE NUMBER FOR THE CORPORATE OFFICE." (NO PROBLEM WITH TELLING ME THAT IN ENGLISH WHAT SO EVER BY THE WAY!) I ASKED " AND WHY IS IT YOU DON'T HAVE THE NUMBER? OR IS IT YOU ARE JUST REFUSING TO GIVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER!? " SHE REPLIED WITH THIS HIDEOUS RESPONSE (AGAIN IN ENGLISH W/NO PROBLEM!) MY BOSS HAS THE PHONE NUMBER WITH HER & SHE IS NOT HERE & SHE WILL NOT BE HERE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. SHE TAKES IT WITH HER & SHE LOCKS HER OFFICE! WHEN WE NEED SOMETHING LIKE THIS WE MESSAGE HER & SHE CALLS US BACK & GIVES IT TO US." 🤔😲🤑😁😂🤕😬👌😄😅😃😀😆😉😝😷😖😢😤🤐😠😡😵😳😰😩😨😧😦😬😞 I WAS COMPLETELY DUMB FOUNDED!!!! NO JOKE!!!! I WASN'T SURE IF I SHOULD JUST PRAY FOR THE YOUNG LADY OR FLIP OUT ON HER DO TO HER LACK OF INTELLIGENCE! BECAUSE I MEAN IT DOES NOT TAKE A SCIENTIST TO WORK FAST FOOD! AND IN NO WAY, AM I INSINUATING THAT WORKING AT A FAST FOOD CHAIN IS EASY EITHER!!!! Read moreMon, Feb 10th, 2025. @5pm. Picked up a mobile order at the drive thru. I was excited, because I saw a corporate promotion for a burger that looked really good, and I figured it was worth the drive since I live several miles out of town. I arrived at the window and the worker wanted to see my phone and show her my order. She already had my food in a bag and she handed me the food. She closed the window and I immediately felt something wasn't right because I felt the weight of the bag, and it didn't feel like what I ordered was in the bag. I opened the bag and they made me a sandwich used the small meat and small bun and excluded a lot of the ingredients. So I went inside after I spent a few minutes looking online what the burger was supposed to include. It was supposed to include a large sesame seed bun and a large beef patty and four strips of bacon and Swiss cheese, which the burger I was given did not have. I went inside expecting friendly service, and for the error to be corrected. Instead I was met with denial of any of my complaints and I realized they weren't being honest and can only assume they were deliberately preparing the food incorrectlty. I can only assume they felt the right to not give me the correct item because I didn't pay for the item, I used a reward made available by using the app. It was a promotion by the Carl's Jr corporation. I left the restaurant very angry at the way they spoke to me and were very disrespectful. I don't like to be lied to and nobody had on a name tag and they refused to give me an contact information to management and claimed a manager would be there in 20 min. I left and filed a complaint with the corporate office and I honestly can care less about the food or getting anything for my troubles.. to deal with such deceptive people is such a shame. The way they can care less about how they treat they community. But who am i, right? I'm nobody to them and I'm sure they do think I'm an idiot.. so what's the point of expecting something good from bad people? I'm sure they treat others the same and probably rip off other customers.. hope it saves them a lot of money to do that to customers. But it should cost them the right to run a business with the dishonesty I...
Read moreWhere to even begin to describe how great my experience was here. From the food, employees, the atmosphere to even the vibe was all great. Let me explain why.
Food: I ordered myself the new no meat famous star with cheese (instead of meat it comes with zucchinis) and for specifics I added extra pickles and light mayo on it. The problem with most no meat burger is that their small or cold because of the veggies it has, unlike those, the texture felt great and because of the zucchinis it was very warm and overall felt like a regular burger. It wasn’t regular for long as when I started devouring it the combination of zucchinis and cheese and the soft and crunchiness of the burger gave a constant great vibe to it. In simple words the food was AMAZING and I’m resisting the urge to buy seconds.
Employees and atmosphere: since I walked into the building I was greeted with friendliness and kind people who sincerely showed interest in my responses and request, as I ordered, got my food, ate and left I was always in a great feeling of security. On top of the great service I was in a very clean place, with almost nothing to point out, clean and smelled great at all times, they even cleaned the table I at on when I was leaving.
The list can go on for why I had a blast at Carl’s Jr. But I should leave that for another review, 10/10 will come back, hungry...
