Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Ceres

I used the drive-thru on Friday, March 22nd, 2024. The girl at the window seemed nice and that's where the positive ended. I was asked to park in the front and told they would bring my order to me. I realized that I had left my debit card at the window and asked her to get it when she brought me the food. She did and I went on my way. A week later someone started using my card to buy things online and my bank notified me. The reason I know it was a Jack in the Box employee is it was the first and only time the card had been used. I contacted the police and the bank refunded me the money. I have someone looking into the IP address and when I find out who it is I will post them on social media for the world to see. I went in to speak to a manager and her reaction was "Oh, okay", with no, apology, no shock on her face. From the manager's reaction, this isn't the first time this has been an issue. Tell me why I went to this location on hatch road and got two of the breakfast stacker combos . Not large. Just regular how it comes. Advertised as $6.99 . Pretty wild how two $6.99 meals comes out to $18.90. It costs me almost $20 to feed myself at jack in the box. How. I'm still hungry... I am the hungry stoner. literally the worst service I've ever experienced. Im usually a laid back person, but when I say worst service I mean it, I've never been frustrated or yelled but they really pushed me. The worst part is I also received a really old patty and old oily fries. Never going back to that Jack ever again. Even before that experience the best it would get is a 2 and a half stars its so bad.
