I placed carry out order went to pick it up and Momo handed it to me. I drove home and realized she gave me someone else’s order. I drove back, spoke with Momo again and she gave me what I ordered however told me they were out of one of my items. She asked for the other order back. I gave it to her and she gave me my corrected order. I opened it and it had 3 shrimps. I showed it to her and she didn’t care and was totally indifferent about it. The least she could do for giving me incorrect order and for an item no longer being available was to give appropriate portion however that wasn’t the case. I asked for my receipt and she said she couldn’t provide me with anything. I asked for supervisor and she said she was it. Horrible customer service experience. She displayed no customer service skills.

Seriously I opened up the box & there were five pieces of orange chicken lol like really? Then I got the sweet fire chicken breast because I like that it comes with red bell peppers & pineapple but… I got ONE piece EACH LOL. Not only that but I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the little amount of sweet n sour sauce you guys have workers put into those containers, what an absolute waste of plastic, I asked for TWO & I got the amount for ONE. I also don’t think I should have to ask for sweet & sour when I ordered veggie rolls. But hey, next time I’ll just pay attention when I come in.

Ordered online had to wait for my wontons the girl only had them make 3 when I ordered 12 I told her and she said I would have to wait again my order was supposed to be ready at 9pm I was there until 9:22 and when I got my wontons they were burnt and the cream cheese had melted away so I waited 22 minutes when she said 2 minutes and it was inedible and the associate did not even apologize for the wait I am very disappointed and I had been going to that location for years but I guess I will have to find a location where they take care of their customers and don't burn the food smh

I had placed my order online and I had about 30 minutes before it was my time to pick up, so that gave me plenty of time to get put together and get there. Every time I had ordered online, I had learned that my order is never ready exactly at the listed pick up time. No big deal. So I ordered a drink to pick up at the Starbucks closeby when I pulled into the lot.

Long story short, there was a glitch or something and they lost my order. The app said it was completed, but I never got my order. I generally try to keep a calm demeanor when these sort of things happen, after all, when did adding more negative energy ever help bring a positive outcome? But ya'll... they had the new guy dealing with online order people. I felt for him, but was starting to feel agitated when I was passed and encountered more than 10 times before anyone RETOOK my order to fill it. I was THERE waiting for over a half hour for an order I placed well in advance. I watched the line come and go, more online orders filled in front of me, none of them mine. By the time I got my food, my blood sugar was really low, and they also were in such a rush I didn't get my teriyaki sauce and nothing extra aside from an apology for how long I had to wait. I hold nothing against the workers there, but I have a bone to pick with the people in charge of things:

I understand glitches happen, but as a suggestion to the food chain: assign people to teams. One for in person and in for online orders, and rotate days. They are too busy to deal with demand from both. Your employees were stressed, exhausted, and embarrassed, and you can afford to give them better. Help the employees, help the customers.

Advice for consumers, just get in there and wait in line, the app/online ordering system that is currently in place is sub par.

I frequent the hatch/Mitchell location, they are my go-to. So when I see that they are struggling despite their best efforts, I know that something needs to be said, and they might not feel that they can.

Looking forward to giving a better...

9/13/2022 Poor service and quality here has hit rock bottom. Stood there with 5 workers walking by and I'm still standing there ready to order. All these kids and nobody is doing anything besides complaining.

Girl walks up and wipes down area with her bare hands and then asks "what can I get you?"

Like she's tired and bothered that a "customer " wants to order food...

Won't come here again it's run down, they have a portable AC on the floor , black trash bags under the area where ice goes for "bottled drinks" by registers...

I just walked out and left. While some girl said "he was just standing there...". Ya I was just standing there waiting for one of you to take My order while everyone was all over behind the counter not taking any new orders..... or not asking someone standing there by the "order here " sign "how can I help you..."

Last review shared a similar experience as mine and maybe an undercover boss should fire the whole front line and hire people who "actually want to work" instead of goofing off and making easy money by "not...

POS dirt bags treat customers like they ain't shiii..I ordered a whole family meal for my kids and comes to find out I got left overs. I went in to pick up my food I seen the chow mein had a new refilled bowl so I automatically nee I got the left overs from last cause my food didn't come from there ..anyways I go home just to open the chow mein and got nothing but cabbage .and teriyaki chicken was nothing but fat .. ..I went back to replace atleast 1 of the chow mein amd they told me i needed a receipt. I told them look here is my online receipt they said no we need to see the paper receipt attached to the family box which I thought was ridiculous cause I'm literally showing them the online receipt but I said ok I'll drive all the way home and get the receipt just to return back to store and immediately manager biiiitccchhh said no actually we cant take it back cause you touched it. That was the most stupidest ridiculous excuse merchant can tell a customer..all over some damn chow mein ..workers act like it comes out their...
