Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Ceres

I normally dont write reviews but the girl who helped me was so so nice, I felt she deserved recognition! So, since for some odd reason online ordering wasnt working for me, I had to order over the phone. The girl who answered sounded really upbeat and sweet. (theres not enough of that in today's world) I explained to her that the online ordering wasnt working for me and she said she'd gladly take my order. I ordered a Large half Everest half Red sauce robbers roost.. or at least.. I THOUGHT I did (we'll get there soon) she even applied a coupon which gave me a few bucks off! Awesome! Anyway, when I go to pick up the pizza, the same girl who took me order was helping me at the register (I could just tell by her voice) she is polite and professional the entire time so I tipped her a few dollars.. Now, I drive home without even looking in the box once (my mistake). When I get home, I finally open the box and notice there wasnt much meat as there normally is on the Everest half.. AND there was tomato when there normally isnt.. I call em up and the same girl who helped me answers again. I explain the situation n turns out I guess I had mistakenly said McKinley instead of Everest =-X I apologize and she tells me not to worry and that they would remake it for me no problem! I go pick it up 15mins later n she was still polite and smiling! To the short brunette/black haired girl with glasses, sorry I didnt catch your name but, if you're reading this, we need more people like u in this world! Thank you for making a possibly bad situation my best experience at Mountain Mike's!...

One of the staff member (which he never wanted to share his name) is too bossy with delivery carriers with forcing to confirming orders, and on top of that, this specific bossy person never double checks with drivers to confirm the accuracy of the orders. I work for Uber Eats, and I just follow what the app says. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for a restaurant employee to tell the drivers what to do. I bet they don’t tell their own employeed delivery people where to go. Delivery drivers need that same respect and let them do their jobs by showing the order and leave. Every other locations just share the accuracy and let the drivers do their job Strongly not recommending ordering for delivery from this...

Original Review: They sold me undercooked pizza and it made me extremely sick! The dough was still wet! Didn’t realize until I took all the toppings off and realized what I had ate. Called to speak to a manager or a supervisor to get a refund and no one was available. An employee took down my info and I haven’t heard back from anyone since. So disappointed and disgusted. I paid too much for a pizza to be undercooked. Come on you guys can do so much better.

Updated review: Was finally able to talk to a manager and apologized for the inconvenience and refunded me the whole order amount. I do appreciate that they rectified the situation and hope that they make sure the pizzas are fully cooked for every...
