Today I went through the drive thru to order a sandwich and a treinta green ice tea. Everything seemed fine at the speaker when I ordered the person taking my order seemed a bit rushed but I didn't think anything of it. When I made it to the window and paid I was Handed my sandwich and when they tried to gave me my drink I was handed something completely different then what I ordered. I ordered a treinta green ice tea mango dragon fruit base no water and was given something purple which I have tried before and I knew for certain I did not like. When I mentioned to the cashier that this wasn't what I ordered she turned and asked the girl who had taken my order and prepared it. The girl told me that was what I ordered I said no it's not what I ordered it is supposed to look like apple juice. She seemed annoyed but she turned for a few seconds and turned back around with the a drink. She asked if I wanted inclusion I said no. This time it looked like water with a drop of golden color. I said I'm sorry that's not what I ordered. She stopped and asked what exactly did you want I repeated my order exactly the way I had since the beginning. With an attitude she said well if you wanted green tea you should have asked for it I replied I did. The cashier at this time was just standing by watching this entire interaction. I was so embarrassed that I just wanted to leave even without my drink. The third and final time my drink was made correctly missing about maybe two fingers from the top of tea but I had enough of her being rude. Needless to say the customer service of that barista was not the greatest. I don't think I will be returning to the particular location anytime soon. Starbucks is expensive and a luxury to me that I can only enjoy every once a while and it's frustrating when you finally can treat yourself to a drink and they get your order wrong . Not only get it wrong but are in a constant rush that they don't even listen to what you are ordering they hear one or two words and piece together what they think it is and then blame you that they got it wrong. I don't know the name of the barista or the cashier I wasn't given a receipt but I kept the tag with the time and date stamp on it from the sandwich so maybe they can norrow down who it...
Read moreI don’t like to do this but out of all of the Starbucks I have been to across the United States this one was probably the worst experience I have ever had. I came into this Starbucks to waste some time knowing I generally enjoy the atmosphere of Starbucks. The employees were screaming at the top of their lungs to simply talk to each other using vulgar language, probably trying to hear each other over the extremely loud music. Choosing to ignore that my ears were hurting from one employee “woo wooing” so loud the cars at the end of the drive through could hear her, their restrooms were in fact the most disgusting restrooms I have ever walked into. With a locked door to prevent most from using it, the layers of poop on the toilet seat, the pee on the floor with toilet paper sitting there soaking it up… Is a pool of bacteria and shows that the locks on the doors must just be to prevent employees from cleaning or keeping a sanitary facility. With ready made food such as coffee and cakes it made me want to vomit thinking about what I must have just eaten from people who think that a bathroom like that is okay. Who knows when the last time they washed their hands was… 🤢 This Starbucks is just unsanitary, loud, untrustworthy, and quite...
Read moreI did a mobile order and when I arrived the door was closed and locked said sorry for the inconvenient and they close when they said they were open till 10:00 I tried to go to drive through and they closed the drive-thru. They were people still inside I knocked on the window cuz I wanted to get the employee to come to the door to ask how do I go about getting my refund since they are not making my order or giving it to me. She refused to come I've been knocked and knocked and not still refuse to come she was like we are closed we are closed. I understood that they were closed I was trying to get answers to how about getting my money back. Why would you accept a mobile order and then refuse to make my order and give it to me and decide to close early I think it's inconvenient how's the management of this store allows these people to choose when they want to close early or when they want to open early or late they do this all the time. What's the point of having Starbucks in that location if you can't follow through in your hours or at least come and give your customer an answer about the mobile order that you accept when you decide to close the...
