OsoSweet Bakery Cafe is an absolutely adorable and cozy spot, tucked inside a rustic old barn that's been beautifully transformed into a bakery. It’s the kind of place that instantly feels welcoming with its charming atmosphere.
The menu isn’t huge, but honestly, it doesn’t need to be. I’d much rather see a smaller menu done well, and OsoSweet seems to follow that philosophy perfectly. My husband, the coffee drinker in the family, appreciated that they offered four different sugar-free syrups for his iced coffee, which he said was very good. I opted for a chai tea latte, which I found a bit lackluster in flavor—but in fairness, a truly great chai is hard to find unless you're at an authentic Indian cafe.
I also couldn’t resist trying a few of their baked goods: a sour cherry and dark chocolate scone, a toffee scone, a chorizo manchego scone, and a bread pudding. The scones were massive and absolutely delicious, but the standout for me was definitely the bread pudding—rich, comforting, and just perfect. Pricing is very reasonable too, which makes the indulgence even sweeter.
Next time, I’m definitely planning to explore more of their savory options like the silky egg bites or a bagel paired with a smoothie (since I know I’ll be skipping the tea). I’m also excited to come back for one of their Friday night events—live bands, wood-fired pizza, sweets, and just a $5 cover charge? It sounds like such a fun, low-key night out.
Overall, OsoSweet Bakery Cafe was a great experience, and I know I'll be back to...

Read moreI will start by saying I NEVER write reviews... but this wonderful shop deserves one. We've recently tried an assortment of baked goods, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches- all of have been excellent! The eating areas both inside and outside are an enjoyable and unique use of space. The customer service and kindness of staff and owner have also been incredible. At one visit, a kind and patient staff member replaced a coffee order after I realized I had made an error when ordering for my husband- she put in the new corrected order free of charge! Another time, I had brought home pastries, and found that one of my dogs had pulled them off of the counter and eaten them after I had stepped outside. Not only did the bakery quickly return our phone call to tell us how much chocolate had been in each pastry (so we could gauge how to medically address the situation), but a women who I believe is the owner called us a night or two later to ask how our dog was doing. She also told us she would set aside a free scone for us the following weekend (and to bring our dog over). Such...
