Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chambersburg

I have never been treated so poorly as I have tonight. Dawn who messed up my order of wings, didn't put sauce on them and when I called to tell them they told me it was not an issue and to come get a new order of wings. When I arrived she claimed I needed to bring the messed up order back. There was zero mention of this on the phone. This is not the first time there was an issue with Dawn. A few weeks ago I sent my husband down there to pick up our food with cash. She wouldn't accept the cash and said he needed to pay with a card. I called and explained I would come down and pay with a card and was not at all happy about it because my children and I just got home from a 600 mile trip and they were the only things open. When I got there she refused to give me my food until I apologized to her. I walked out. I'm not apologizing and then giving someone my money. This domino's is 1 block from my house and I have frequented this domino's 2 or more times per week for 10 years and have never had an issue at all until this Dawn girl. I don't care how close and convenient they are, I will never go...

Worst experience ever. I was on vacation and needed pizza. The manager was by far the rudest person I have ever met. He came out of the bathroom handed me my order. I looked at it and told that it was wrong. He told me he would make another. He went to the make line without washing his hands. I told him I wasn't going pay for something that I didn't see him wash his hands before he made it. He got irate and started yelling at me. He yelled at the first employee for making it wrong and didn't take responsibility for his actions. Poor customer service. Poor hygeine. Poor all around behavior. Bad service. Bad manager. Why would any company have this kind of person working for them. What made matters worse is his phone went off and he pulled it out at the counter before making the second pizza and pornhub was still up. Makes me wonder if there's a secret sauce in this establishment going into the food and it isn't the cheap...

The customer service here is awful. I placed an online order. I was very specific when placing the order however it seems like they just made whatever they want. I called in and spoke to Dawn. I told her what happened and she sent the right pizza out to me. Not only did we have to wait but Dawn wasn't the nicest. The second pizza was finally delivered only for me to find a hair in it. I called back and requested that I speak with a manager. Dawn disclosed she is the manager. I proceeded to tell her what happened. There was dead silence on the phone where I thought she hung up on me. After the long pause of silence she finally asked, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" I asked, well what do you usually do in a situation like this?" She proceeded to say she's never dealt with this before. I thanked her for her time and she sarcastically yelled, "Have a good night!"
