I contacted All Land, LLC to do a survey for me. Valerie was very professional and quick to answer questions. She took my deposit and then Mark sent me an email estimate. The estimated stated that they schedule roughly two weeks out with weather permitting. Well that was Aug 20th and it is now OCT 16 and I have never heard from Mr. Beard. I have called Valerie twice and all she is able to say is that "Mark" schedules his own appointments. I find this company very hard to work with and unable to do even the simplest of tasks, like scheduling a survey but they were quick to take my non-refundable deposit! I am ensuring that I pass this information along to my reality contacts, letting my veteran network (5000+ members) and my military department know about what happened to me so other veterans don't work with this company and the company is identified as a "do not use" company for veterans and military members. It is unfortunate that this company operates this way. I really wanted to use them and liked all the good reviews. I work during the week in Washington, DC and have limited time and really needed a survey. But this company is unwilling to work with customers and does not value a customers time so I will be contacting an out of town company to do my survey.
