Dunkin' — Restaurant in Champaign

Thankfully this isn’t the only location in Champaign, but hopefully the others aren’t owned by the same rude and cheap/stingy Indian family as this one. This is definitely one of the top 10 worst locations I’ve ever been to. I went into get my birthday drink today, and realized I didn’t get the email with the code, so I asked the girl at the window about it and all she kept telling me was she knew nothing about it. What she should’ve done was try to help me figure out how to get the code that they needed. Instead she simply brushed it off and ignored it so she didn’t have to give me a free drink. I also got the Valentines brownie batter heart-shaped donuts, and everyone of them had maybe half a teaspoon size amount of brownie batter in the middle. Also, i got a dozen donuts, and they all tasted like they were a day old. I normally don't have problems at DD but the last couple times have been less than "ok". Half the staff on prospect have become less than friendly. Time before last, they messed up the entire order of 3 simple drinks of 2 iced teas & a coffee. Today I ordered an iced coffee w/ cream & turbo shot, as usual (but it was before happy hour, so it was full price). Needless to say, it was less than fresh coffee (kinda had that 5hr old gas station coffee taste).. which I've never experienced with any DD. So, I told the manager the problem & would like to order another one but with fresh coffee. Not ONLY did he make me pay full price for another one, he insisted that all coffee was fresh & served me with the same stale coffee,...

I have been to this location four times. The first time was to get a bagel. The second time was to get the special dark brew they featured for a while. The next time was to get some other new sandwich they were advertising on television. Today I went to try one of the new cold brew ice coffees. They did not have what I asked for each time. I was there early (before 8 am) each time, so it is not like they would have run out of these things every time. I don't think they carry anything beyond the standard items. The coffee seemed extremely watered down, too. The donuts are tiny and flat. I get the feeling the owner is a cheap-ass. I will go out of my way to the location on Neil and...
