Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Champaign

THIS PLACE DOESN’T GIVE REFUND! Would definitely give ZERO if possible Bought pizza at jets pizza count less of time never thought this would happen, I guess we just can’t have kindness and empathy in the store.

4 weeks ago I ordered a pizza but it was accidentally gave to someone else, so we have to wait a extra hour to get the pizza after hour of waiting. We decided to ask for a refund, the worker there are nice and gave me a small pizza to make up but I ended up paying it because I understand everyone makes mistakes. But after 5 days I realized that the money didn’t not refunded on my card so I have to call the store to ask, they said I have to ask someone in the other store in the morning because they don’t have the access to see the refund information. So I ended up go in to the store next day and ask them but they they only had my information down and claim to ask the owner and give me a call(which they never did). And a week past by nothing happened, so I have to go to the store AGAIN, to ask about the refund, the thin male manager was really mean and yelling at me to ask my bank for give me the refund and claim that the refund was refunded to my card and I need to call the bank. WITHOUT any information about that refund transaction? Only if I can just say give me the refund that jet’s pizza give and I actually got money with out the transaction number or even the date. Seriously?And he claim to text me after asking the owner( which I’m not surprised at that time, they never did). So another week past by and I have to literally call my bank to cancel that payment 4 weeks ago for them, still not sure if I can get my 18 dollars back.

I know, 18 dollar is not a lot for some people, but it’s definitely enough for me too see what kinda store this is. I personally will never buy pizza from here ever again and recommend it to other like I used to do. Circle K tastes better anyways and they give refunds...

Ordered 70$ (After 20% tip) worth of stuff for delivery including extra sauces. Ive had jets pizza 100 times. The pizza was over cooked and there was hardly any pizza sauce on the pizza. They also forgot the extra sauces. This is unacceptable for something i paid 70$ for. I called them to see if i could get credited back because by the time the sauces got to my from the driver coming back my food would be cold. The lady kept me on hold for a few minutes just to tell me she couldnt credit me back for the sauces. I may have raised my voice a little but the lady had zero chill and told me “if you raise your voice any more im going to hang up”. I said “thats fine we’ll just not order jets pizza anymore”. She said good or something smartalicky. Moneys too tight to pay that much for bad quality. Its been a nice run jets but well not be back.

Update: They charged the price for my order minus sauces and i havent been credited back for the first order 👍

Update again: Took several days but correct amount was charged and first amount sent back. Still wont be back. Ill get food where they get it right the first time and dont have bad attitudes when disgruntled customers raise...

Ordered combo pizza deal at 5:32 on 12/2/23 online,it said 6:44pm delivery.Called at 6:55 have order # 104 to male employee he said hold on and was hung up on(maybe by mistake) called back and a female employee said it hadn't been made yet @ 6:57pm placed order#104 at 5:32 employee said it would be awhile cause they only have 2 delivery drivers.put on hold again employee came back on phone to say hold on again at 7:01 so i hung up called back to cancel order#104 at 7:03 This is the 2nd time this jets(Springfield ave.champaign IL ) has not had drivers to deliver pizza, Why isn't Owners and MGMT jumping in to relieve burden and attempt to show customers they and store are the best pizza place? So tired of Owners and MGMT of any Business Not helping the business and employees to make it run smoother,it's no surprise at this location cause I use to go pick up my pizza's(Xtra leg deep dish) at this location and a short mean rude heavy woman would get irritated for sitting inside for pizza.
