Mo's Burritos — Restaurant in Champaign

My husband and I were driving through town on our way home from camping with three of the pickiest eaters known to mankind. We decide to research the best Mexican food in Champagne and landed here.

Now, it's important to know that we're white people from California, so obviously we're the ultimate authority on the topic. We ordered online, and arrived to discover it was a taco truck. My husband may have become giddy. She handed me the order, which they had numbered and organized in the bags so not a second was wasted between driving away and digging in. My burrito was immaculate. Probably the best I've ever had. The beans and rice were to die for. AND, while normally serenaded from the back seat by three young wannabe Gordon Ramsays yelling about all the things wrong or gross about the food I just purchased for them, there was BLESSED SILENCE as they all scarfed down thier burritos, quesadillas, and Mexican cokes.

Service and food: 13/10. Will eat here again at every future...

I have to be honest I use to like their tacos every time I was in town I would eat tacos and they do them pretty well however I bought chicken taco several times and received steak I also have gotten like mystery type meat on my tacos that I don’t know what it was. I don’t eat beef so it would be nice if they consider what they are serving I had a call in order the guy told me 3 minutes I came and then he told me 3 more minute I waited like 7 more minutes and he told me 3 minutes again I’m not sure if I was being pranked but I had to go to work if they didn’t do call ins they should have just said that not have me waiting I had to get my money back and leave because I had no more time to wait. This is a food truck. They do have two picnic tables you can sit and eat your food.

I ordered their carnitas tacos, and they are tender and flavorful. Im not a fan of the mix meat (chorizo and steak). The rice is cooked perfectly, and the beans are good. The green and red sauce they gave me definitely added spice, especially the red sauce.

The service was fast. I didn't have to wait that long for my food even though they have a lot of people ordering.

I got a lunch special and water, which cost me almost ~$15 after taxes. It was worth it. The food was really good.
