I literally never write negative reviews but after our encounter with this place last Saturday I feel the need to let everyone know to not even waste your money on this place. We arrived around 7pm with a group of 13 there was 2 other groups using 4 lanes total ( hindsight this should of been our 1st warning to just high tail it out of there as the other two bowling places in town were jam packed). We arrive and my husband begins to give the worker the rundown of how many people, ages and so forth thinking it would be easier to hear from 1 person vs multiple and the worker begins to become EXTREMLY irritated and just shouts HOW MANY PEOPLE TOTAL... my husband is like woah no need to be rude. He then takes each persons money totaling around $235 for 2 games a piece for 13 people and he says to us your on lanes 24,25,26. We begin to bowl and try to get drinks which was non existent as this guy was also the bartender and he was so grumpy it wasn't even worth it. Then we all finish game 1 and move to game 2 and we are 3 frames in on game 2 and one of our games shuts off. We attempt to ask him for help but he is again being rude and told us we didn't do what he told us to do, which he never told us anything. I demanded he call his manager whom told him to just turn our game back on which he was not happy about but he did. Over this time 3 people called on the phone and he screamed at them and said he was not taking any more customers, mind you there was ATLEAST 10 lanes open and only 8pm at this point. We go to leave he doesn't apologize for his actions and just takes our shoes and there are people walking in the door to bowl and he tells them he is closed and it was 915 which according to there website they could of bowled until 10pm. I cant stress enough DO NOT waste your time...
Read moreOn 8/8/24 my family Went in to celebrate a birthday & spent well over $200 just to be yelled at and chastised everytime our kids did or touched anything despite our efforts to always keep tabs on them and abide by the rules. From the moment we walked in the door we were watched the entire time and everytime we corrected our kids and told them something the guy working would yell LOUDLY over us as if we weren’t already correcting the situation. He even went as far as to cut off the music to yell at us before we could even get our shoes. Very unnecessary. We assumed it would be a kid friendly place and with kids as young as two with us we understand they can be busy, however nothing they did justified him yelling constantly and just watching our every move when we came in politely and spent a decent amount of money just to also be denied a refund for the games we didn’t even get to finish. The yelling and rudeness got so bad we had to leave early and didn’t get to finish our games as we rented two lanes, 7 pairs of shoes, 3 pizzas, fries, & pitchers of drinks. While I understand he may have been overwhelmed we were also the ONLY family present to bowl up until the last 10 minutes before we had to leave because all the adults in our party were highly upset and offended. Sad to say we will not be back and the level of treatment is simply unexceptable and the lack of customer satisfaction and unwillingness to fix the issue by management is disgraceful and...
