Taco Bell — Restaurant in Champaign

Rarely answer the phone, when they do it’s a language barrier or just someone saying “yeah, okay, yeah, bye” and hang up on you.

This is the 4th time I’ve received an ordered from location w ZERO sauce packets, ZERO utensils (I ordered food that needs cutlery), and ZERO napkins…absurd.

They are usually pretty good about doing the correct accommodations for customizing orders, but there is 0 reason for not answering the phone on a Wednesday night and not giving sauce/cutlery/napkins FOUR times in a row!

The food is good most of the time, but sometimes it just straight laziness. I pay for extras (.60 extra for sour cream, .70 extra for jalapeño) and get 0 of the additions I paid for and when I call regarding the situation, it’s either a language barrier or no one answers at all.

I spend a lot of money via their app and DoorDash and expect to at least receive napkins and the extras I pay for. And if that can’t be provided… At least answer the phone. If you can’t understand what I am saying due to a language barrier, please direct me to someone who can understand and help.

Sure, it’s fast food, but it ain’t CHEAP (even @ the restaurant!) and be up to par-really unacceptable otherwise. No excuses....

I have given this location 3 chances and I won't be back again. The first time I came here they forgot to put an item in the bag--chicken nuggets-- and so we had to go back in and ask for them. Not a big deal as I understand these things can happen but it was a major item missing not like a sauce packet that's relatively inconsequential. On my second visit I got a crunch wrap which was soggy-- not crunchy at all as it's name would suggest. On my third visit I got a cheese quesadilla and a crunchwrap. My quesadilla was, no lie, half empty. It literally had no cheese or sauce or anything in one half. How tf does that happen? And my crunchwrap was once again soggy and generally gross tasting. They didn't add guacamole as I asked and the whole thing was unappetizing regardless so I didn't eat it. I am new to the Champaign area but I have been to Taco Bell in my hometown plenty of times and never had the issues I've had at this location. I don't know what is going on here but I don't see how they can keep any clientele with the products they put out. If you choose to order here be aware that your meal will most likely not be comparable to other Taco Bell...

You guys are so incompetent, and I hope they pay you pennies for your laziness, but we all know they're probably giving you 15 bucks an hour to come into work high and lazy. The only good worker at this location is the sweet little old lady in the window. She deserves a raise or promotion. The picture is the cheesy dipping burrito; you know, the 5 and half dollar one? Don't let the picture fool you. It was the size of a wallet and just as flat. How is this anything like what is advertised? Seriously, what is this?! I opened it as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. I'm officially through with Taco Bells in...
