1st impression 10/10 - greeted with a smile, kindness and positivity! The gentleman who helped me and please forgive me for forgetting how he spells his name maybe it was Firas? (He even spelled it for me and I forgot) Anyway he offered me water and a seat because I was a bit out of it after a long day at the river. He was incredibly kind and even gave me an extra falafel to try fresh out of the fryer - so good.
We ordered: Lemon pepper & mango habanero wings, gyro fries, Greek salad, and falafel bowl. Wings-My husband (who eats wings everywhere) said they were good - a little dry but good, about equal to Wingstop. The habanero wings were not spicy at all for that he was slightly disappointed.when we order spicy we want spice 🌶️ The Greek salad was really good! Lots and I mean lots of tomatoes, olives & cucumber with a small amount of lettuce which is just how I like it. Slightly over dressed and the red onions were a little too chunky but the value for the price is excellent 👌 the salad is easily big enough to share between two people and extremely affordable for the quality ingredients. They didn't skimp on the feta. Gyro fries- not my fav. To be fair we got our food to go but it didn't go far because we ate it in the truck on the way home, however the fries were already a bit soggy (not their fault) just better to enjoy inside. The shredded cheese under the meat wasn't melted all the way and I would have liked more tzatziki sauce. The seasoning on the fries is good 👍 again, the portion size is quite large making it a great value for the price. The gyro meat was tasty. Falafel bowl - disclaimer: my 11 month old grabbed the container and half of it spilled out before I could even take a bite, therefore I can't give a 100% fair review. With that being said, it is a large portion, plenty to share! 6 falafel and lots of fresh delicious ingredients on top. The rice was a bit dry and slightly heavy on the turmeric. I can't give a fair review because of the incident 😂 I would have put more tzatziki sauce over it (which was recommended) but that got spilled in the bag (toddler life). I would definitely get it again. The falafel came out moist in the middle and crispy. They asked me if I wanted sauce because on clover (the food order app) it does not offer the option to choose a sauce so make sure you don't forget to ask if you do a pickup order. We also ordered a Dr. Pepper which was good from the fountain. Lastly, we got 2 tres leches cakes but they are not made in house. I can't wait to try them and report back. Again, the staff was beyond friendly and the cleanliness of this place was impeccable, you can tell they are right on top of the cleaning including the bathroom. 👍 Overall I'm giving it 5 stars because of the mishap with my food that I can't justify reducing it until I...

Read moreI have been coming to this place for almost 2 years now. To the point we’re my husband and I get recognized coming in by one of the owners and he knew exactly what we wanted and how we liked it. I have recommended this place to my friends here. I used to love this place but now that they have hired the new people. The service is bad. I get my usual and I always remove 2 items, onions and mushrooms! Tonight my husband comes in to order and gets my usual and the worker says that there isn’t any “onions” on the load steak fries. Weird but he doesn’t mind. I didn’t want it anyway. Proceeds to get the meal as soon as I open up my plate, onions and mushrooms are to be found. No big deal we go in and we asked for it to be remade. There’s an altercation going back-and-forth with one of the coworkers saying that he didn’t hear my husband say no onions just no mushrooms and that he was wrong and goes to his cooks and starts complaining about how my husband was wrong and has an attitude towards my husband when handing him the replacement food. Just overall unacceptable behavior.
I adore this place, but with these new changes that have been made, I would definitely not be recommending coming here anymore. I hope they get these new change fixed for the future. I would hate to see this business go downhill. I will be giving my space to this restaurant...
