Salad and Go — Restaurant in Chandler

I have eaten no less than 30 of these salads since covid started. I am SO impressed with not only the food but the staff! First off, you get a giant salad for just over $6!. I have tried many of them. The dressings, while they are technically "packaged" are fresh and unique. Every single salad I have ever gotten looked exactly like the photo and with all of those meals, I have never had a wilted piece of lettuce, a bad tomato or a tough piece of chicken. Their burritos in the morning are equally fresh made and very reasonable around $3. I have heard their various drinks and smoothies are great. I am a tea girl and their tea is only $1 and is fresh brewed always. In the AZ heat, tea can go bad quickly. Clearly, they have impeccable cleanliness. All staff is friendly, quick and have been wearing masks long before covid was called a pandemic. My only complaint here is that their system (both in person and on the app) does not allow for me to add a tip. These employees work hard so I will periodically go to an atm so I can show them my appreciation.

Update to this review - they built a store a bit closer to me and the quality of the salads I received at that site regularly had issues. I will continue to drive further to this...

This used to be a good location but the service is increasingly ridiculous. Today I ordered a salad and two lemonades. After we left the drive-through, I discovered that I had not been given a fork, nor been asked about one.

We circled back through the drive-through even though we had already waited about 10 minutes the first time only to be informed that the location is completely out of forks today. Mind you, this is on a busy Saturday afternoon and they only sell one thing and practically every customer needs a fork.

The fact that they are knowingly selling salads without even warning the customers that they don’t have forks is ridiculous and absurd. Most people don’t want to eat salad with their fingers. They have a fork in their logo for crying out loud! It seems that a manager could’ve run to the store and bought a box of forks instead of handing out salads without utensils.

It took another five minutes to get a refund, so we wasted 15 minutes of our time and I still haven’t eaten. And yes, they did take the salad back so for wasting my time they didn’t even comp me the salad in case I decided to wait to eat until I get home,...

The second picture is from the 5985 W Chandler Blvd location.

Both of these pictures are allegedly of the same drink, a cold brew with oat milk and sugar free vanilla.

The trick is, only the second picture is right. That is how the drink is supposed to come.

The funny thing is, the first picture, the 2020 W Chandler Blvd location tried to tell me had "two servings" of oat milk, and tried to extort me out of paying for an extra shot of oat milk before I left the drive thru.

You are reading this right: the store didn't make the drink correctly and then tried to make me pay more for what was, the wrong drink.

Please don't make the mistake of dealing with the old hag who runs the 2020 W Chandler location, this location is much better.

Cleaner store, faster service, better service, and better food.
