Nozomi Aquatic Center — Local services in Chandler

I've been coming here for over a year. I bring the SAME cooler every single time I come. Today apparently it was a problem and they asked me to leave when there was other people with the SAME size cooler already swimming. When I pointed it out they asked that family to leave to EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ALREADY SWIMMING. when I have them my reasons they just stared like idiots saying " it's a policy"

Don't waste your time here. Go to Pecos pool. It's right down the street and they allow coolers

This is one of our favorite city pools. My son loves the 3 diving boards, one being a 'high dive' (that's what he calls it, I believe it's actually a 3 meter diving board). There's a nice little kid play area, the lap pool is separate with the middle being shorter for all to enjoy, and there's a nice waterside. I'm not a fan of the short chairs they have or the fake grass they put in. I had an issue today signing up for the passes but all staff we encountered regarding the issue were great and the manager was able to get it resolved. We highly...

This place is starting to be a miserable place. We came here on a Monday during summer break. We were yelled at 7 times about the rules we were breaking. Every movement we make there's someone barking orders. To grown adults who can make decisions for ourselves. Like how we get out of the pool. We used the side to climb out instead of the ladder... immediately yelled at. As long as you sit down and don't move an inch then you're good. Not coming back. Someone is power tripping in management with all these "rules" to make themselves feel important....
