Don’t buy furniture from here. We bought sofa and dining table and chairs from here. They said it’s used but perfect. My wife liked dining set so he bumped the price so much that was like of a price for new one. For sofa we paid money and also 100$ delivery. When sofa came it was in very bad condition, the legs looked like wood but we found it was all metal and bottom were sharp like knife that could damage all wooden floors. The pieces that protect floor were missing on all of them. There were tears on sofas. It was worse than used one, I could buy better sofa at a goodwill store for 10% of cost. We were very frustrated. I asked their delivery guy Jesse to take pic of all that as a witness, the store was closed so couldn’t call them to talk about that during delivery. I called Stan the guy who sold me sofa but he was not ready to do anything then I talked to Tom who is Regional director he was also unwilling to do anything. Tom told that if you can sit and use the sofa then it’s in usable condition and o won’t take it back. It was very frustrating. The I had to contact corporate and finally they ageeed to pick it up and refund. At the end I still lost 100$ delivery fee which is still not refunded to me. We bought brand new comfortable sofa from Living Space for less money and also free delivery. I am 100% sure you can buy better quality furniture elsewhere with lots better customer service and also warranty as Cort Furniture stand with their product once...

Well my home was undergoing repairs in a complete loss CRS and CORT along with travelers Insurance provided by Geico all Berkshire Hathaway companies except for travelers of course they're just coattail riders.

Long story short Court furniture charge me a month to month rate for 7 months while my adjuster estimated the loss at a rate of $1,800 a month for a bed for forks and a knife set with some microwave. It's very predatory that they had a 2-month 3-month even a 6-month rate that was only $180 a month. I say predatory because this came from my additional living expenses off my policy my adjuster recommended this vendor and the other vendors See why is there patting their own pockets and stealing from you. Beware don't use insurance vendors be careful and they won't even return or give me a receipt for the furniture they're telling me Oh you got to call the adjuster!

They're in bed with the insurance companies and Berkshire Hathaway all to rob you from your insurance proceeds that may be because of a loss at your worst time...

Poor service. Be aware that the amount they quote you over the phone for the remaining balance that you owe after to have scheduled the pick-up of the furniture may not be correct. In fact, after paying that amount and having the furniture picked up I get a call from their collection department a month later I owe more money. I explained to the collector ( Doug Penzel) what I was told, what I paid and when. He said that those people are not trained correctly and that they mess up all the time and that the info they provided me was wrong. How can I trust who’s telling me the truth at this company now. I’ve never missed a payment in my life. It’s always the people who make or break a business....
