I normally don’t take the time to leave a negative review but because this is upwards of 17.99$ per child including children under 5! I had to . This was our first time here and I came here on a Monday with my 1,3,6 and 7 year old . We had to ring a bell up front multiple times and waited quite a while till a lady come up front - that’s fine I get being understaffed . We had visited Rush in San Antonio Texas and had a good experience and j had bought a BOGO pass that apparently was only good for the Texas location, the lady in Chandler still honored it which was nice . I bought two additional admissions for my one and 3 year old we already had socks - but he’s you have to have THERE socks . After we entered I was looking for their toddler area ( looking for some sort of ball pit - something ) there was none , I did see a section that was labeled - for 24 months and under but in this area there was nothing except a mat , a spinny contraption that no baby could attempt to spin not sure why it’s in this toddler area . And that’s it . My other girls ran off and started climbing things but it was k bilis to me this wasn’t a place for my one year old who doesn’t walk on her own yet . So I walked up front and asked the lady who checked us in if I could have a refund for the baby we had JUST gotten there and I told her there’s no way that area is for babies 2 and under there’s nothing there for them to play on ??and she explained that I would need to contact her GM so she gave me his email , but she was pretty annoyed I even asked but I was equally annoyed at their “toddler section “ it was a complete rip off . Anyway I took the email and walked away and found my other girls who were stuck in this super deep ball pit ( yes I know I just said there wasn’t a ball pit for the toddler section , there isn’t but apparently there’s a ball pit of you want to call it that for the bigger kids ) I’m not sure how the people who own this place expect children to get out of this ball trap I’ve include a picture of it below . It’s extremely deep and my 3 and 6 year old were littlerally stuck , couldn’t climb out. As I walked around the codnion of this place was beyond disgusting- like do you guys not own an industrial vacuume ? I TOTALY GEG kids are gross and they leave messes but to pay as much as we pay to enter here you would think you guys could hire some teens at minimum wage and give them a checklist of things to do , such as walk around and pick up trash , wipe things down CLEAN THE DISGUSTING BATHROOMS , wipe down the chairs you have out for parents wipe down the tables , all of them were covered in grime food and spilled soda . Also how about you have some of your staff remove some of those old foam cubes that are litterally shredding and falling apart , one of my kids got the foam crap in the eye from all the old foam cubes falling apart it was disgusting . I only saw three staff members here that day , the one girl who did the face painting was very sweet my issue isn’t with the staff honestly they were nice , it’s the facility , and honestly they all seemed super stressed especially the girl running from the food area and back to the front like running to people dinging a bell for service , like HIRE MORE PEOPLE . There was no staff for my kids to do the rock wall no staff for my kids to do the trampoline jump half the other attractions were out of order , there were holes in some of the trampoline pads where of course my curious child almost stuck there nosy face in falling into the area below all the tramps ( included a picture ). I’m sorry but shut down for a week and do a rehaul on this place , hire cleaners to come in and clean the actual place again for how much it cost again , you can have regular cleaning crew come in and sanitize this place . There was tons of dirt hanging from the trampoline mesh mats falling apart , dangerous hard landing spots exposed in areas supposed to be safe to jump into . We will absolutely not return here ....
Read moreI brought my kids to this park today (March 19, 2025) it is still spring break for my kids this week so I was anticipating the place to be busier during the early afternoon hours. To my suprise it was not busy at all. The pictures on google is what brought us to check out this trampline park for the first time and while it has great potential there were a few shortcomings to this park.
Lets start with the positives, first off there are plenty of options for the kids to bounce between; trampolines, obstacles, foam pits, LARGE climbling jungle gym, LARGE rock climbing wall, and more. There is a decent amount of seating area for parents to sit while their kids run around. All the staff acknowledged me while I was waiting for certain attractions with my kids and the snack bar (see below for more info on the cons) THe young women working the front check in was nice and happy to greet us when we told her it was our first time in.
Cons: Upon entry there was only 1 tablet working - very dirty- (thankfully it was not busy or else that might be a nightmare trying to get waivers signed). As I was walking around excited to check out the place with my kids I couldnt help but notice how dirty the pace was. The floors, lounging chairs, table tops/bases. Tops of the arcade machines, the large slide all have dust caked on them, the sky walk the areas close to the walls are dirty from people rubbing against them, the glass windows, the carpet over by all the trampolines. The bungee/suspension trampoline was loud and after a while obnoxious. The staff was light for the time that we went (12-3) we were advised that all of the attractions are available with the pass that we purchased so if the kids went to an attraction and there was not a staff member there to find one and they would get someone over to help them be able to experience it, that once more staff arrive the attractions will all be open but for right now its on a rotation bases. That was a little disappointing. The snack bar was open but no consistantly staffed so there was a decent wait, once I was noticed (I was acknowledged and told someone would be right with me after some time- appreciated the acknowledgement). The snack bar looked like it was stocked with food from costco/sams club, pretzel warmer with no pretzels on display (I overheard another mom ask about pretzels and she was told they only have a few left), pizza was 26.99 which in my opinion is STEEP for a pizza from a entertainment park. We ended up with some leftovers that I wanted to take with me (of course because the price I paid) they had no boxes to-go. On our way out there is a claw machine with candy that was so dirty on the inside my kids even said they would never try to get candy from there! A lot of little attention to details that probably have gone missed due to the everyday grind and no longer seeing what is right in front of you.
A few facelift's in some areas with a deep clean would make it a much better experience. I like going to places like this when the foot traffic is lighter unfortunately today at rush it hindered on the experience the kids could have had given it was fully staffed. I really wanted to like this park, unfortunately I will end up choosing another park closer to my home given the experience...
Read moreI visited Chandler Rush Fun Park today (June 17) with my two children, and unfortunately, our first experience was deeply disappointing. While the attractions themselves seemed enjoyable, poor staffing and customer service overshadowed our visit.
At 11:04 AM, my daughter requested to use the large green climbing attraction. She was told by staff that she would need to wait. We waited patiently for nearly 30 minutes. I asked for an ETA two times and was told the first time it would be a few minutes. The second time I was told we were waiting for a staff member to be done hosting the climbing wall. When I expressed frustration with the wait time and asked for contact information for who I could talk to about the poor staffing, I was given the GM’s business card. I asked for an ETA a third time at 11:45 AM and was informed that we were being declined admission to the attraction altogether. I explained that we had paid for admission—using the Pogo Pass—and that this attraction was advertised as included.
We left the facility at 11:47 AM without my daughter getting to use the attraction, despite her patient wait.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate staffing. I cannot recommend Chandler Rush Fun Park based on this experience, and I hope management addresses these issues so that other families have a better visit.
General Manager was contacted. Will update review when/if a response is received but for now, we plan to go to Big Air or Urban Air instead.

UPDATE: As of August 12,2025, we have not received a response from the General Manager or anyone within the organization. No apology, no explanation. POGO Pass management, however, did reply and credited us back our ticket due to the issue. They gave great customer service. We won’t be using the ticket we were credited back. We won’t be going back to this place, ever. After leaving and reading the reviews of others, I see that we aren’t alone in the horrible experience we had. Spend your money elsewhere. This place is a...
