Alright. I've come to the point to leave a review and I hope anyone who reads this will change how they approach this location.
I am a regular here and to be honest, it is not the best chipotle location I have ever been to. But I still come here because it's closer to my house. There were MANY times that I have ordered online for pick up and come to find that my food isn't ready (or hasn't started) all while I wait on the side and watch a huge line disappear in front of me. I started to wonder if I would've been served quicker if I stood in line. To which I had experimented and found I have beaten those who waited for their pickups.
Not only is their prioritization is off, but they 90% of the time forget my drinks. I order pick up a lot so I have came home disappointed to realized my kids' apple juices or milk were not bagged. Or sometimes I realized in the car and come back to remind them. It has got to the point where every time I pick up, I ask if it's in the bag, and the servers immediately go ?????? and look at the receipt and got the drinks. It makes me wonder if they even read the receipts fully?
Today, I decided to order delivery for the first time. To no surprise, they forgot the drinks again. No, I do not blame the delivery drivers (although I understand part of their job is to check). I have just grown so disappointed in this chipotle location that I am not surprised. If anything, I am shocked at myself for not leaving a note to the driver on PLEASE REMIND THEM ABOUT THE DRINKS. (which honestly it is sad we have to remind them). These missing things may seem "small" but honestly it happens 90% OF THE TIME. These things build up; hence me finally writing a review.
Long story, short: No point in ordering online since the long in-store lines move quicker, but if you do order online for pickup, CHECK YOUR ORDER, and if you do delivery, might has well leave a note to your driver to help...
Read moreWhoever manages this location needs to be fired asap. So poorly staffed & the staff they do have isn’t great. Ordered ahead - online for 8:40pm. I walked in at 8:40, order wasn’t ready which is fine - I’m okay with waiting when a place is slammed. I’ve worked fast food when I was younger - I 100% understand being understaffed and busy. However, the young adults working in this location had NO sense of urgency, they were about 10 tickets behind. Taking people who walked in and waited 2 minutes while there are tickets stacking up that ordered 20 minutes ago. Finally I had to tell them they need to take care of people who ordered ahead and have waiting 10+ minutes past their time rather than taking someone who just walked in the door. The cashier consistently asked her co-workers for help and got nothing back. Finally a younger man started helping the line but was extremely slow, yelling, having inappropriate conversations with co-workers and customers, etc. The boy with curly hair was actually doing his job and trying to be sufficient but the other boy on the food line was absolutely infuriating. Listening to the cashier tell an African American customer in a Black Lives Matter shirt that her coworker is racist was a bit unsettling - literally screaming about it while there’s about 10 of us standing there listening. On top of it all - this place is filthy inside. This is lengthy but I could go on. This manager needs to go!

The portions are usually meager and I completely blame this on the manager for not ensuring the employees give the proper portions. I understand food costs, but give people what they pay for.
If you are reading this review and you ordered ahead for pickup, CHECK YOUR ENTIRE Order! Your order will most likely not be correct, have missing items, and they will not call you to tell you they are out of something. They will simply just not put it and you will get all the way home and someone WILL say their order is messed up! The kids running the place, DO NOT CARE!
On many weekends and dinner periods there are usually only 4 people working. 1 person working their heart out to keep up with online orders, 1 cook, 1 person running the cash register/veggies and 1 person running the front line. This place is running with a skeleton crew. Again, manager not keeping the place properly staffed.
The tables are not kept up, the beverage center not upkept, the service is slow, and it's hard to blame the employees. There just isn't enough if them working and the ones that are are struggling to keep the tempo.
There were ingredients missing, no chips, no limes or lemons, no proper sized bags. All mismanaged inventory.
The manager needs to be fired and a new one in place with actual management experience!
