If you're thinking about coming here, do yourself a favor and DON'T. I've never written a review before let alone a bad one but I have to let the people know about my experience here. The reviews are true. The staff and management here have absolutely the worst attitudes I have ever seen. Management does not have a clue about how to run a business. Could not even be bothered to answer the phone about basic simple questions. Is hardly ever there to begin with and the store is ran by a bunch of kids with horrible attitudes. Yes I am going to name-drop specific people; Juliet and Samantha are by far some of the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure or working with but also just meeting in general. If you try to make lighthearted conversation they ignore you or glare at you. Rolled her eyes so much at me I'm surprised her eyes didn't roll out of her head. I was called "fvcking stupid" my second day of work because I didn't understand her very poor directions. Was told to hurry multiple times even though it was literally my second day and i'm still learning everything. I was also made fun of, (called little) and talked to like I was stupid the whole time. Mind you I have done nothing but try to help around and do my job and remain with a positive attitude as long as I could. I don't usually take time to post bad reviews, but I'm hoping that this will lead to some good for this location. I have never gotten as many eye rolls from any restaurant/service as I've gotten from this place. This past one that made me wanna write this review wasn't even the only one. I've been to this location probably like 30+ times in the past year. Always "forgive and forget" about the attitude until now. I highly suggest the management or the corporate addresses the issue with the employees' attitudes towards the customer. At the end of the day, mark ups that Chipotle has made over the past 2 years using inflation as the reason probably made a lot of customers not happy, especially because the mark ups led to increase in margin. So, it's apparent that they were made not just because of inflation but also for the share price. On top of that when I get attitude for the service and food I'm paying, it really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'm probably not the only one that felt this way about this location. They are also not good with letting customers earn points using their app. Even though I scan all the time, when I ask for the receipt, half the time it's not telling me "The points are on the way." This means that they are not taking 4 seconds to press a few more buttons so that the customers can earn their points. Anyways... I highly recommend that someone does something about...

This is THEE best chipotle in town yall. You know how sometimes you go to a chipotle (santan village and chandler crossroads, im looking at you) they give you 3 grains of rice, 2 pieces of burnt meat, and flavorless guacamole? Not the case here! I always place online orders because this location has a chipotlane and it’s super convenient. I have never once had an issue with this location getting my order correct, and it’s always ready on time IF NOT earlier than when I need it so I never have to wait when I drive through.

What I’m about to say is extremely big back of me, so don’t judge. It’s just a testament to how amazing these employees are lol! I ordered a burrito with extra rice, double wrapped. Okay? Okay. When I got the burrito, it was like the size of my forearm. Everything was fresh and incredible. I couldn’t be happier - so happy, in fact, that I ordered the same burrito again two days later.

I told my boyfriend, “I hope whoever made my burrito last time makes my burrito again, because that one was perfect.” I kid you not, the next burrito was as big as my entire head. I am not exaggerating. My boyfriend was laughing because he could not believe his eyes. This burrito was HUGE! Like 7 inches long, 5 inches wide, and 3 inches thick.
