Yogis Grill — Restaurant in Chandler

Careful they do not cook fresh food to order here,mostly sitting waiting for the next customer to order.I ordered a chicken yakisoba and withing 2 minutes my entire meal is ready.the lobby was completely empty.and not one sound of a sizzle or anyone cooking.took one bite from my Chicken and very cold.the center of it was cold also. I told them my issue and just said sorry they will remake my order. It was easily noticeable that they just slapped another cooked chicken to Reheat more because this one was more dry with lots of crispy bits.the cook tried chopping it up more to make it less noticeable, It’s very alarming because I’m not sure how long that chicken has been sitting there waiting for the next order and could get food poisoning. I added a picture of the sign that reads they take dine in customers until 9pm but we ordered food at 8:19 and the cashier kicked us out when we got our food. She never once stated that when we ordered our food otherwise we would have left. The girl in the front was super pushy to rush us out of there stating they close at 9 but no one is allowed to dine in after 8. Just stated it’s a rule they have. I suggested they add that to the sign but replied with attitude and stated “sorry that’s the only sign we have”. it was humiliating to get pushed out with all the other customers still inside. The cashier walked away from the counter several times to go mop instead of help out the customers behind us. Seems like they clock out at 8:15 instead of 9 and use the time until 9 to just clean. Our order was made incorrectly, unfortunately we didn’t realize until we got home. We called and had told Mindy we were on the way, she seemed understanding, and was willing to see what was made wrong and remake it. When we arrived to reorder, she was re taking my order- made a comment telling me that i did not previously order that the first time, and mind you.. she couldn’t figure out what i wanted, so she helped four people who were BEHIND me, before she finished helping me. This was our second time having Yogis, my family and i are very understanding and we know that sometimes things happen, but unfortunately we did not appreciate the attitude and the customer service provided.
