ANYONE THINKING OF EATING HERE SHOULD READ YELP REVIEWS, BAD MANAGEMENT, BAD COOKS AND DIRTY!! Take a look at the review from Sarah G from 4 days ago. Not for sure you understand customers keep you in business or in this case out of business.

Yes, it does apply to this location. So, I trust other customers have experienced the same type of service. But from what we experienced it makes sense for you not to take accountability. We Will NEVER RETURN.

So, this proves either you do not appreciate your customers or you are not aware of the actions of your staff. It is not acceptable to hit on customers and ask personal questions, either way your establishment is not a good reflection of the Chandler community!

We have been to this place on Chandler Blvd in Chandler, AZ twice & both times were somewhat okay. But my husband and I both got sick this last time & still feeling sick to our stomachs. This is not normal. I also noticed that after each customers meals, he does NOT clean off the flat top before cooking the next customers food. I am allergic to shellfish & him not cleaning it can make me or someone else deathly sick. Never ever going back to this place, not worth my husband & I getting sick.

Plus, the young chubby mexican guy ccoking our food has hitted on me both times we were there. Asking why I am with my husband & who was the other guy with us. I told him in Spanish "Nunya Business!", & he laughs. This is not a funny thing & work is not a place for you to hit on woman. Very unprofessional! I have also witnessed him hitting on the ladies ahead of us, they both looked uncomfortable. Not cool to make people feel like that when all we want to do...

An absolute travesty! Was so excited to eat here. It all looks well and good until you get there and open the door. It’s dark and dingy, I tried to look past that. The guy who was supposed to be at the check out area, slowly walked over without saying anything to the point I had to ask how it works. He barely got the point across, that we could go ahead and pick out a bowl. Online shows $14 for a large but we were charged $15.75 at dinner. So $36 for two large bowls, fine. We pay and move through the ingredient line.. the food all looked fine but the lighting wasn’t great. We got meats, veggies, noodles, and a nice size sauce bowl. The guy who cooked the food was actually friendly and did a great job while watching. We Watched them box it and we were on our way. We got churros from the place next door and those were amazing! Once we got home, it was all downhill. We opened both to go boxes and took the first bites. It tasted like rubber - actually worse than that. It was like someone took an old Philly cheese steak that had been in the back of the freezer for five years then was rethawed and tossed w some soy sauce and noodles. I didn’t even swallow the first bite before my mouth rejected it!! Disgusting and not edible.

From the off putting upfront service to the rubber freezer burned food - I do not recommend and I will never return.

Only plus side of this is that I had churros for dinner. You’re way better off spending your money there or Filbertos which are connected to this place.

Would have been more satisfying to burn two twenty dollar bills then have waste my Friday night meal here.

First off ...the food is good but the owner is completely rude and disrespectful! Note this is the 4th time we been to this location and we are a family of 6. Two adults and 4 children. This man has told us something each time we were there. Like for example: he would tell us to not stack the veggies to high on our bowls because whatever spills onto the tray was going to be waisted. Then he would say to make sure we finish all the rice in our bowls we served. Then he would watch us and make us so uncomfortable while we ate. But today this time was enough! We were Harassed and told how to eat our food and told us we had 2 extra cups lr else he would call the cops on us and that we didn't pay for them because my kids grabbed 2 extra cups and we didn'tnotice. He also mentioned that we can not take any rice or chips home when he has it nowhere noted which should be displayed because if we payed for our food we are allowed to take it home. At that point we ask can we just get a refund and he said NO YOU AINT GETTING A DIME BACK. so i said we cant enjoy our meal with you watching us so i asked to take everything to go. I also paid for 2 more cups and took our food to go so UPSET AND ANGRY so this place gets 1star wish i can give it no stars. There was one time we went and he was out of town and it was so nice and the workers even complained about him saying he lost alot of employees due to him being disrespectful to them. So just remember if your a lil-big family dont go to this place! Its so horrible and unsettling...
