About 2 weeks ago, order a sausage pizza with extra cheese and wings. The pizza barely had any cheese on it let alone extra which I paid for and a few crumbs of sausage I'm 3/4 of the pizza. Call the manager to complain (I normally don't however this has been an issue here for so long I've had enough) and Shane says he was the manager. He wanted me to bring the pizza back to exchange it (like I haven't been inconvenienced enough already) in which I replied I will send you a picture of this horrible looking pizza. He said don't worry about it, I will give you a credit under your phone number. When I go back for another Pizza in my credit, Shane cannot find my credit. I'm sorry but that's not my problem. He insisted I pay the full amount. I asked for his boss and he said he doesn't have a boss. I said okay, let me get the phone number for the district manager. He refused to give me his name or number. If I treated my customers like this I would no longer be in business. If my employees ever talk to my customers like this I would fire them. I will be contacting the franchise and also Domino's pizza's...
Read moreI've been buying a large pepperoni pizza almost daily for over three years as it's one of the few foods my autistic son doesn't reject. The staff who have helped me during all this time have always been very kind, some know me by my name and when I enter the store, they greet me and almost without asking they give me the pizza I ordered in advance. Recently they started using a promotional box with a little more red color than the traditional one and my son began to reject the pizza (parents of autistic children will understand me) so I had to take the pizza out of the box and place it in a zip lock bag to giving my son his slices of pizza without him rejecting them. Yesterday while waiting, just to make conversation, I told this to Amanda (cute short girl) and today when I went to pick up my pizza, she kindly received me and said "today I have the old box for you". I really appreciate this gesture of Amanda who with only once of telling her about my son's rejection of the promotional box went above and beyond and got me the traditional box. Kudos to this store's...
Read moreI definitely have a few things to say about this place. A couple months ago on a whim I decided to order Domino's Pizza. The last time I had had Domino's Pizza was back when it was cardboard with some ketchup on it. I cannot believe how blown away I was by how damn good their Pizza is now. First of all to two-topping medium pizzas for $5.99 each... I'm a bacon fanatic. And let me tell you there was so much bacon on these pizzas I could not believe it. And then they put some garlicy something or other on the crust. This pizza was absolutely out of sight! And the kicker: I placed the order online, went and did something real quick in my kitchen, got something to drink, came back to living room and sat down. And my doorbell rang. It was here already! So yeah the store isn't that far away. But far enough away from me to think "who is that at my door?" In the drivers are always as friendly as they could possibly be. People... Remember to tip your drivers too! Dominoes... You found it, you've got it, you're doing it! Keep up the...
