Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Chandler

By far the worst filibertos in the east valley. The last 3 times I have come here it is because it is convenient and every time I am left unsatisfied with this poor representation of the filibertos chain altogether. I have been a frequent filibertos customer for over 9 years and have enjoyed my experience everytime at other locations such as the Guadalupe and McClintock location, or the Dobson and Elliot location. But this one always seems to be the weakest link in the filibertos food chain. For this chain to skimp ever so slightly on every Ingrient that Costs money. And the overall experience for all the customer base in chandler. I believe this chain should loose profits and customers from this compliant because it has been a compliant that I have been holding off ever since I was in high school but continued to give the franchise the benefit of the doubt, and in doing so ultimately realized there are 2 filibertos in the east valley that Arizonans should avoid. This location and one other, but I choose not to say which it is until I go there again and only if the experience is bad. Which for filibertos as a whole is not the case.

For those who would like to know what is the chandler filibertos industry standard:

-TERRIBLE TASTE AND MISREPRESENTATION OF THE CHAIN OVERALL

WORKERS THAT ARE BEEN RUDE AND DISMISSIVE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS

-BURRITOS THAT ARE TIME AND TIME AGAIN SKIMPED SMALLER THAN THE OTHER FILIBERTOS CHAINS( if the franchise owner would like to contest this remark or any other I wouldn’t mind being contacted directly).

-WATERED DOWN SOUR...

I am 40 years old and have eaten green chili my entire life!!! I even eat sub par green chili, I’ve never turned any down even though none is as good as my moms.

I ordered the happy hour green chili burrito. Absolutely something wrong with it! It had a very very very bad taste!!!!!! Very bad!!!! Very bad!!!!!!!I’m sure it must be old meat.🤔it was a horrendous taste that I couldn’t pin point. Sour and old maybe.

They asked me what was wrong I said it has a bad taste. They then proceed to tell me that they sell a lot of it and sold a lot today, so there should be nothing wrong with it and that it’s good so I have no reason to complain. Well well…..

I reiterated my initial response with different words and I told them it tasted absolutely disgusting and tastes terrible. and I never had bad food like that from anywhere in my life!! They gave a refund. I only took 3 bites. 1st one i immediately tasted the badness, 2nd was to make sure I wasn’t tripping and the 3rd tiny taste was to verify I wasn’t crazy and that it was gross.🤮

Don’t buy the bottle of coke. They charge 5$.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but I've had the same experience with their food every time. The food is just bad... The chicken in particular is so oily and cheap tasting it's honestly just pretty gross. I know this is fast food and not supposed to be anything gourmet but I'm not normally super picky but I've found it a chore to eat what I ordered Everytime. I appreciate it's 24 hours but after trying out their cowboy fries and chicken quesadilla I need to stay away. The "fries" were mostly 2/3 oily chicken on top of soggy fries. I almost thought my order was wrong until I saw the mushy fries underneath. The portion is large so I get the price but their chicken needs major improvement in quality. I haven't tried the carne asada here but I'm already wary and think I'll try another location.

Last note, I've never had issues with customer service here personally this is really just about...
