Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Chandler

For the past 3 months this locations delivery time has been 1.5hrs. Today they're at 240min. They constantly state they are low staffed or someone didn't show up to work. This wouldn't be an issue if I were able to order from another location that is literally only 1.5 extra miles away in the opposite direction. But, because of their structure at corporate I'm stuck to this location and having to choose to wait that long or walk-in only. You have "zones" and only allow 1 store for "insurance" purposes to deliver to an area and that is a terrible structure... I've ordered from Dominos, Pizza Hut and your competitors now simply because your rules are broken. You tell me I only have 1 option but they can't even deliver a pizza to me 99% of the time. I might as well be a spokesperson for DiGiorno Pizza at this point. This location or its manager needs to be checked out ASAP. Or change your rules so people aren't forced to buy your...

Ordered food from this location and the delivery person had half of our order when he arrived. He was very very kind and called the shop to tell them to credit us the cost of the food he did not have with him per our request. The shop told him to tell us that because we were first time customers and they wanted a second chance, we would have a free pizza and the Caesar salad that they had forgotten to bring credited to our account the next time we order. When we ordered the second time, they were not very pleased with us asking how we are supposed to "redeem" our free food they promised us for the prior goofup and explained that it isn't even possible to credit an online account. Needless to say, mass confusion on all parts. All in all we received our food, salad was not the salad we ordered. Whatever. It was free. But first impressions are everything, second chances are rare, third?...

Not as good as other locations. We loved Hungry Howie's pizza in Texas, and we were excited to see a Hungry Howie's so close to where we moved. That has changed. We've tried this location a few times. I'm not a fan, so I started ordering it just for my daughter, who still loved their pizza. So, I ordered her a pizza, she ate it for dinner (I didn't have any of it that night), my daugher went out with friends the next day. She came home vomitting. While she was gone, I had a piece of her leftover pizza for lunch. Needless to say, the next morning, I was sick. Now my daughter says that she doesn't want to go back. We will never go back to this location!
