No rating for McDonald's n Queen Creek very angry n upset with the 3 managers.... My #266 two breakfast burritos 2 hash browns 2 apple juice n water... I go here 96%of the time... I had my grandkids with me age 4 n 2... They been getting over there cold n allergies up with them last three nights with illness... I ask the a manager nicely n professionally to turn off three fans in playroom my kids sniffling but started coughing... After 15 to 20 mins asked again then after another 15 later again same manager @ front... I told her you said you ask the other two managers you gave me a answer now this is third time... She says I don't know if I can... I said are you a manager she yes then proceeded to take orders to ignore me... I'm was so upset emotional why these three Hispanic managers ignored me... Very bad customer services told my wife n daughters n they said let's boycott McDonald's... I said no my grandkids love McDonald's... So I left there store kids were crying but promised to take them to different McDonald's n took them to McDonald's here on Chandler Blvd n 101 frwy... Spoke with manager here about my bad experience she heavily apologized n said feel free to come here with your grandkids... She said those fans should not be on it cold n overcast outside... I'm so upset I don't want to go to that McDonald's anymore n here was close to my house... Now have to travel to further McDonald's... I just don't understand one could've just take to two mins to shut fans... So angry got an anxiety attack on way over to other McDonald's... I have a health condition did they ever thought that @ all... Felt like I was a nobody not even a costumer @ McDonald's on Alma school/ Queen Creek... I make a living pay my taxes my house abide by the our nation laws n I get this treatment... Shame on you 3 managers shame on you... Not fit to serve costumers... Totally humiliated by this place n such a state of the art McDonald's n playroom n tv screen but wrong managers supervising this facility...

Everyone, please be awared and don't come to this location if you want the food is safe for your kids or even an adult.
The prep food's area is very dirty. The manager was cheated with bad attitudes and didn't refund the money after they had overcharged the customer.
My son asked me to buy a Big Mac for him and ask for the chicken instead of beef if they can do it. But they gave me the big mac had only the bun with vegetable without beef patty (as requested)but charged $6.49 and they added chicken patty inside for another $5.00 without explained to me.
I saw the receipt after paid and talked to the next cashier first if he could solve the problem so he called out the manager. Instead of adjusted the price or anything, she said no she can't do it. I said that was overcharged me only 1 big mac but i had to pay 2 times and the total $11.49?
She and a little cashier boy told me to move my car for the next customer or call police. I said go ahead and call the police to solve this problem then they called.
I reallized that I wear only a home cloth so I left because I did not want to stand around outside I may look not so nice in public. That was not mean I scare of them but want them to do the right thing. So I left but still not happy with the way how they treated me or to others.
I'm writting this review because I just don't want them to do to other customers. I rather give the money to the homeless or the children that needs help instead of this cheating people.
I had taken the photos of these receipts and the foods that they sold to me and will show it here when it's the right time.

Read moreI don't have a good experience today at this McDonald's location. The manager here was beyond rude and arrogant. I changed my mind about my order and request the manager to cancel the order and re-entered my order. She refused to help me. She went back to the kitchen bad-mouthing me in front of her other workers. I asked her to change my order before she brought out my food. I had to request multiple time with much exhaustion. She finally said she would give me the food I requested. But she still hadn't bothered to do it the right way; she had not cancelled my old order and re-entered my new order. My new order is 50 cents less and I asked her for refund of change. She again yelled at me saying she had already given me my order and blamed me saying what else I want. I told her repeatedly to return me the change. Still, much going back and forth and much frustration later, she brought her calculator and gave me the change. Then when I was about to go back to my table, she went on to talk to her other customers about me, bad-mouthing me. I was really upset and told her that I would report to the McDonald's corporate customer service and also report to the franchise owner of this location. I just cannot believe the rude attitude and refusal of service by the manager of this location. I hope the McDonald corporate and franchise owner of this location can get rid of this bad manager. The manager is a middle-aged Hispanic woman with brown hair whom her worker called her Maria. She is beyond rude and failure to serve the customers. The place is run down and tables are oily. The event took place at 1:15 pm today...
