🤠🥒This visit, I ordered with a friend and dined-in at lunchtime. It was busy at noon, but all the employees were doing their best to take orders and serve the customers. The dining area was very small, best for single diners or a pair. We split a sandwich to save money. It is about $13 for a whole sub, $9 for a half/Sammie, and $7 for a third/mini. You can add chips and a drink for $4 more. Each sub comes with a cookie.😋 We ordered the Mrs. Pickle=Turkey Breast, Bacon, Monterey Jack, Avocado + “The Works”. "The Works" includes Mayonnaise, Mustard, Garlic Sauce, Tomato, Red Onion, Pickle, Pepperoncini, and Lettuce. We had the Dutch crunch roll and got our condiments (mayo/mustard) on the side. 👀I would suggest checking the menu on their website before you go because most of the subs have names and combinations of toppings and it would take you a while to read the whole menu if you didn't have any idea of what you wanted. The ordering area was a bit tight, but there were some seats to wait for a to-go order. There were a few tables inside and a couple umbrella tables outside, although in the summer, it would be hard to stay cool outside during lunch. The soda machine is self-serve in the dining area and they did have restrooms. There is plenty of parking, but it is a busy shopping center. Parking tip-I would recommend parking in the side part of the lot and not in front of the restaurant because it is very tight if you have a larger vehicle and if it is full when you turn in to park there, you will have to completely back out in reverse because there is nowhere at the end to turn around. 📲It is a small franchise and they do have an app to earn points...
Read moreCute shop but it was very muggy in the store. Staff was very friendly and helpful answering all questions. The pictures of these sandwiches drew us in. We live in Maricopa and drove 45 mins on our day off to experience this place as it was recommended by a friend. We got the Big Jake add bacon....very little turkey, overly topped with avocado that was on top of the cream cheese spread. Tried scraping some avocado off but also removed the cream cheese, Bacon was underdone and put in the middle of my large sandwich that was shared. All toppings in the middle and couldn't taste anything other than the mustard. Got it on the dutch crunch bread and it was also overcooked hard and crusty wrecking my gums. We Also got the potato salad which had hard undercooked potatoes.... ate 2 bites and straight in the trash. You do get a free "fresh baked" chocolate chip cookie..... that was yet again extremely over cooked. Idk if its because of young, under trained employees or what but we were SADLY DISAPPOINTED! Spent $30 on food that we threw half of it away. But we tipped the employees 20% because they are trying and have a smile in their face. Just saying if your name is Mr. Pickle you should probably put a pickle on my plate and not charge me for a...
Read moreWoahh, first and probably my last time. We ordered 2 simple sandwiches at 11:44am didnt get them until 1231 ! . It said 20 mins until it'd be ready. We arrived to a full restaurant with about 15 people waiting and the manager shouting at everyone who walked in "I'm the only only working on these! We're extremely undestaffed and over worked ! Any sandwich will be and extremely long wait !" . First off, I'm a paying customer, don't speak to me like that especially when i just walk in. Second off, look at the staff around him. He wasn't the only one working. There's a way to handle stress and undermining your staff and customers wasn't one. I offered to cancel my order to help since they were still yelling that they're understaffed and his exact answer when I asked if that would help, was " no, it'll probably make things worse!". Then they wrapped our sandwiches in the opposite wrappers so I thought mine was wrong but I just got my friends because the little sticker didn't match the sandwiches. Veryunfortunate that there's not a leader that can handle stress to be an example for the rest of that team. It's not...
