Disgusting food handling practices, managers that don’t care about their customers, and always late. Remember those things about this location. I have been eating rosaties pizza for more than 10 years across many states. In the past, they have always had great customer service and good food. However, this specific location is horrible. They have the kitchen tucked away so that the preparation of your pizza isn’t visible. If you look through the little slither of space behind the door, you will see them back there making your pizza with no gloves, wiping their noses, sitting on countertops etc..even during Covid times. In addition to this, the manager doesn’t have any urge to lead with the customers best interest in mind. There is no customer focused approach to managing this location. This is proven time and time again. Yesterday I clicked the “order again” button on the Google search result to order pizza for my 3 year old, and paid through Google pay. The default order processor was slice, which I don’t have an account with and only use because it defaults this way. I have done hundreds of orders in the same manner. I got a text message from rosaties stating that my pizza wouldn’t be ready for an hour. I texted back and cancelled the order and received confirmation. The next day I realize there is a voicemail stating that they made the pizza wnd took the money from my account. I called the place now asking for refund or the pizza. The MANAGER states that he won’t be doing a refund or making a pizza. He suggested I call slice and try and get a refund. I’d the manager cared about the customers, it wouldn’t be a problem to do either. This is just an example of what you are in for with this place. Read moreTerrible Service: It's Friday, let's get pizza! I called in the pizzas to be picked up. The girl on the phone told me 20 - 30 minutes, but probably 30. I arrived to pick up my pizza at the 30 minute mark. The girl at the counter greeted me, asked if I had an order called in, asked my name, and disappeared into the back for the next 15 minutes. They were crowded with several, very irritated customers. I heard a girl answering inbound calls from customers, she was telling them they are getting discounts on their bill for having to wait. They didn't offer any discounts to any of the customers in the store. The A/C was out in the store and was muggy and uncomfortable. The restaurant seemed to be ran by a bunch of high school kids.
Pizza quality was terrible. Ordered a veggie and a monster pizza. Got them home and the toppings were so thin. The veggie looked like a cheese pizza. The monster pizza had more stuff on it but was still skimpy. Especially when you pay over $40 for one medium and one large pizza! Add a personal size cheese pizza (for my daughter) and your bill skyrockets over $50. Yay
Having said that, we usually go to the Rosati's on McQueen and Ray, and the pizza is fantastic EVERY time. Made an online order, had to cancel due to an emergency we would not be home, and we were unable to cancel online. My wife called the number ending in 0333 and was transferred to the “front of the store” only to wait on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected. I called and was given the stores direct # ending in 6927. After being on hold for 15 minutes myself I called multiple times before the phone being picked up by Nancy, whom was extremely rude about the whole situation, and told me that they do not pick up the phone in the front because they have a call center. After continued rudeness she told us the wrong amount of our order and told us it would be refunded in 1-2 days.
Although I understand this location may be understaffed or have other issues there is no reason for a pizza restaurant to have a call center, there is no reason to be rude to customers on the phone, and there is no reason not to pick up the phone at the front of your location if it is ringing continuously.
We will not be returning to this location, we will be warning our friends and family to not come to this location, or Rosati’s in general.
