As a former employee of Starbucks and current shareholder, it pains me to write this review. I attend this Starbucks practically every week day, and on most days I visit it twice. I do not know what has happened to Starbucks, especially this location. All of the employees look like they all just rolled out of bed after a big night of partying, and this is consistent at this location--grungy, unwashed, dirty looking people. Today was the fourth time in a month that I had to go inside because they messed up my drive thru order. Not a small mistake--the drink was completely wrong, and this was after waiting in line for 15 minutes. The girl who took my order even asked me a clarifying question about my drink and still made it wrong. The girl working the drive today 7/30/19 around 12:30pm should not be working at this location on drive (put her on bar or in the cafe) because she cannot handle the volume--she is the person who keeps messing up the drive thru drinks. I know what it's like to work a busy Starbucks drive thru, and it's just not acceptable to mess up this many drinks. If I had done that when I worked at Starbucks, I absolutely would have been fired. Additionally, when I went inside the store, three employees made eye contact with me, but not a single one offered to help. The district manager, or even the regional manager, needs to take a close look at the management of Chandler and Kyrene, because you guys are failing your company by allowing the store manager to run that store the way they...
Read moreI first went there to try the new salted carmel frap outta the blue with a friend. Im not a star bucks fan but who ever made it the first time made it so good. A day later i had to back before work again and it was made so different then the day before i went back there not even a min later cause it was gross. And not what i thought i ordered. Nothing like the day before. So they made it how i said it tasted and it was still not the same but better. I go again today. And once again i tell them how i want it. Alot of carmel ( i know you gotta pay for it. More then happy) and alot of salt on the bottom and top. They added salt. Tasted different then the normal salt and no carmal. To even start the convo for the day the lady as i was ordering cut me off as i was trying to order and wouldnt let me finish with the first drink on what i wanted ask if anything else was being ordered before i could even say anything on the first drink. Twice now has this happened. I wont be returning and think you should really train your people to make things the same. Our drinks were made different then the first 2 times. Read moreWent to this location for the first time and ordered two drinks from the drive-through. Upon receiving my drinks, one was leaking over the side in which the drive-through person asked if I needed napkins. I responded with a yes as the cup was sticky and continuing to leak. I also requested for a stir stick to mix up the drink I just received. The drive-through person responded by asking if I needed a drink carrier and not acknowledging what I just asked for nor the napkins. I responded with no, just needed napkins and stir stick. The drive-through person then proceeded to say, well then you are good to go (I haven't received any napkins or a stir stick). I then asked can I get some napkins to clean off the cup and a stir stick and the drive-through person proceeded to say no you're good to go.
