If I could give no stars I would. I placed a delivery order a few nights ago on March 2nd and was charged for the order and waited an hour and a half to be told door dash who they use to deliver had picked up my order and shows delivered but it was never delivered and when I spoke to subway who's app I ordered thru(not door dash) I was told they can't do anything and won't refund because it was door dash drivers fault and to contact door dash(which of course they can't do anything because I ordered thru subway and paid subway directly) then fast forward to today I tried yet again because my kid really wanted subway and I had the money to get it for him finally well same thing happened with a different door dash driver and yet again subway "cant" (meaning wont) do anything and same with door dash and now I have no extra money and out a total of $43.30 between both orders with no food from either order for my kid to eat and not able to be refunded. This is absolutely ridiculous and can't believe both subway and door dash are treating customers this way and do not even care. WHATEVER YOU DO...DONT PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER THRU SUBWAY AND THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY WONT HELP AND NEITHER...
Read moreI’ve been to this location several times being it is the closest subway to my house, and each time I’ve gone it is always a disappointing experience with the employees there. I’m not one to write bad reviews ever but I hope this review helps this location work on their customer service. Employees are very uninviting, make me feel like I’m a bother for coming in. On one occasion it was two younger guys, one who seemed to be working and other seemed to be hanging out in the back and when the other employee asked for help the other didn’t come out which caused the working employee to get frustrated and just seemed to have a bad attitude towards the customers because he wasn’t being helped. On another occasion two girls were working around lunch time and just seemed to hate their job and again just uninviting and unfriendly. Reminded me of McDonald’s employees. The one helping me didn’t leave the meat in the heater for long and my steak was cold and the tomatoes seemed to be out for a while...
Read more3 employees working when I walked in as the only customer. All 3 were completely blitzed. So stoned they couldn't have screwed in a lightbulb between the 3 of them. Left me standing at the counter for about 4 minutes before they even acknowledged me (they were just pacing back and forth talking, looked like they couldn't remember what they were supposed to be doing). Took over 12 minutes to make two cold sandwiches (1 topping on one, 4 toppings on the other). I swear the dude thought the cheese was gonna bite him. Forgot the sandwich I asked for FOUR times (it was a ham and cheese), and got all the way through checking my order out while I had to tell him 3 times I still needed the second sandwich. When he finally acknowledged me you'd have thought I asked him to explain quantum physics. 30 seconds of just blankly stairing at me. Ya get what ya pay...
