Last night, Chris and I had the best time visiting our daughter’s work place, The Forum in Chandler! They just opened a brand new restaurant inside called VYBE, and it’s incredible—amazing entertainers, delicious food, and (of course) the best service around. So proud of everything happening here! #newrestaurant #theforum #vybe #chandleraz

Tucked away in Chandler, you'll find an entertainment venue that's fitting for the strip in Vegas. The concept and layout of this establishment is one of a kind here in the Valley. With a multifaceted approach to adult entertainment, you'll find several private karaoke rooms that can accommodate 10 to 25 people. The forum also has an expansive sports and media section for sports fanatics with ginormous TV and lounge areas, which are perfect for this time of year to catch a game or two. You can also catch live performances on the center stage with very intimate seating. Let's talk food. It's not gonna blow your socks off, but it is good enough and works for this setting. Although the menu items are prepared well, the portions are small and could be classified as higher end bar food. Overall, it has all the right pieces in place for an incredible future. It's extremely beautiful with a great conceptual plan. Im sure there are a lot of features im leaving out, but you'll just have to see it for yourself. We will definitely return with more friends, and maybe the menu will evolve and improve with time. Bravo to the Forum.

This place was so fun! Our waitress, Kailyn? I think was her name, short little blonde. Sweetest girl ever and deserves all the praise! She was very attentive, answering everything and always around if we needed help. The room ideas are so fun! We got the karaoke room. We were celebrating our birthdays. Then when our time was up, she already had a spot for us by the bar. Where they had live music. And it was just a fun experience. The drinks were amazing and the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. And their house margarita was great! The food was great too!! Id definitely recommend this place and plan on going again sometime. The only thing I would recommend is have the volume button on the inside of the room and not the outside. But kailyn was great about changing whatever we needed. Even the air, we were HOT but she’s like “I can turn it down asap” and she did. So many places to take photos and the staff was incredibly nice. Everywhere you looked, smiles!

Today was my birthday. My wife and I went out for Sushi and then had a drink and wanted to find a way to end the night with something different and fun.

We searched online and saw this location and thought a hookah and a few drinks would be great. We walked in and there was no organization to where to go or what to do. There was a cover band playing so we assumed that wouldn’t be where we would go for a hookah. We walked from one end to the other, and stood on the patio, sat down and still, no one acknowledged us. We walked back to the main entrance and ordered a beer and asked the bartender. She told us “that’s on the club side, go over there and ask your server and they’ll help you out.”.

We walked to the other side, waited again, no one acknowledged us. We finally sat on the outside patio and again, we waited. I walked up to the bartender outside (who was the best person we come across while we were there) and I asked if we could get a hookah. She said yes, she just needed to let the manager know, who would then come and tell us what they had available.

We sat down, drank our beer and patiently waited. We saw the bartender immediately go speak to a young lady in a white. After about 10 minutes, we saw the “manager” come back over and talk to the bartender and then leave. The bartender the came over and said, the manager would come back and help. She informed us there was a private party (pointed to the the opposite side from where we were sitting) and said, it’s normally inside for the hookah, but they could accommodate us anywhere. I said, I would prefer to be outside but wherever is convenient for them would work. She then went and told the manager again and nothing.

Another 15 minutes later we see the manager speaking to security who then promptly comes over and tells us this is a private party and we need to leave immediately.

So basically, no management. No organization, no ability to control the environment they create. No customer service and no respect. We got up, put our half full beers on the table, and promptly left.

I had a great evening up until we made the mistake to come here. If you are looking for a disorganized, unappreciative place to buy drinks, this the place. At best, it’s reminiscent of a dive club from the 90’s. If that not what you want, take your business elsewhere.

To the manager, if we were not supposed to be outside on the patio, you could have been an adult, or even the manager you are paid to be, and asked us to move to a different area over ignoring us for 25 minutes and then having security do it for you.

Won’t be back and definitely won’t...

So having lived in the area for five years, we had never heard of this place so we went in the first time on a Sunday destiny I think is the manager and she showed us around was extremely friendly. The food was really really good so we went back on Tuesday and the bartender working I got to be honest he made some of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. We had some food. We spent a bit of money the only issue with this gentleman and he was busy and he was the only one working, but he got very frustrated when on just one drink I politely asked if you could, remake it very politely because he had made some amazing drinks. They were so good so taken back that he got so upset …..yikes ok but then , he had put an automatic 20% gratuity on the check I totally understand if you have a party 6-8 people they do that but i’m pretty non confrontational so I didn’t say anything and usually I tip more than the 20% so I didn’t add anything on top of the 20%. Plus on sunday they didnt automatically add the tip and i tipped maybe 35-40 percent ….so That rubbed me the wrong way just a little bit but overall the food is good the bartender working maybe he was having a bad night short staffed so try to give them the benefit of the doubt but then got extremely upset. and adding an automatic 20% gratuity to a two person check —didnt like that

but definetly go give it a shot , just drink your drink even if you dont...
