Probably the poorest service experience we have ever had. Our waiter started off by saying the F*bomb while refering to a napkin that was stuck to one of the drink glasses he brought over, which happen to be the wrong drink (I started timing everything for fun). Following that comment, it took him a good 10 min to come back to ask what we would like to order, at this time we informed him that one of the drinks was worng. He took it, and did not come back to our table 15 min later to let us know our food was coming soon, we reminded him that my husband had not yet gotten his drink. He says "my bad" and goes back to the bar to get the ice tea at the bar but still took his time coming back to us because apperantly he was still not done flirting with a fellow coworker. Our son decided to join us for dinner so as our waiter was passing by (30 min since we ordered our food later and still have not received) we told him we need to move to a bigger table because we had a 3rd person joining us. He signals at a table closer to the bar and and leaves. We thought it was just comical by this time at how bad he was as a server. His attention was mostly taken by flirting and joking around with his coworkers, even the clients next to us were commenting at how preocupied him and the other waiters were at the bar joking around and unapropriately hugging and surrounding a willing waitress. (This is a Sexual harrasment case waiting to happen)
Once we moved to the other table closer to the bar we saw the manager "Cheryl" come by where the group of waiters were by the "ordering booth" was and as she passed by our food was finally delivered. We had to ask her for silberware. The food was decent but not worth 40 min for a chicken sandwich and wings. (No refills for our drinks were offered as of yet). We had another waiter come by and was super fast and though was also part of the "flirting and social group" he was on point. This new waiter "Julian" was helpful and available. Once my son was ready to order Julian took his drink and food order. 10 min later after Julian put the order for my son our first waiter comes around and asks if my son would like something to drink though he already had gotten his drink and had placed the order already with Julian. My son got his food with in 10 min from the time Julian ordered, which tells me our first waiter probably was too busy socializing that he did not put our order in until much after we gave him the order. We decided to waive Julian down when ever we needed anything. We asked for our check and once it came I asked Julian if the tip would go to him or our previous waiter. He said it would go to the first waiter, I asked to speak to the manager so that I could make the request to set the tip to Julian the waiter who actually did everything but take our drink order. Julian came back within a few minutes and said the manager was on her way.... Cheryl, the manager came by the bar chatted with a couple of the bar attendants and left back to where she had came by... We waited another 10 min.... We asked Julian if the manager was coming, and he said "oh yea, she was suppost to come by We waited for the manager.... And waited..... We asked Julian as he passed by 2 more times if the manager was going to come and he said "I'll go tell her again". We saw her pass by and chat with another waitress and joked around yet though she was at eye sight... she didn't look like she avoiding us. 30 min later!.the manager Cheryl, finally decided to come by to our table with somewhat of an annoyed attitude and asked how we were doing, I told her I was doing ok until I had to wait for her to come by 30 min ago. She did apologized for the wait but it was with a very short and not geniun. When I told her the situation and how I really appreciated Julian's help and that I wanted to give him a nice tip she says "well, what you could do is order an icecream from Julian then you can leave him a tip"... At this time I was thinking she has got to be one of the worse examples of a manager. Not ever coming...
Read moreI feel so badly that I have to write about this experience because I have heard so many good reviews. It was awful, I was in a smaller party and the restaurant was not full.
The waitress barely checked on us and when she did it felt like we were an inconvenience. She was walking around and chatting with other servers but kept our conversations brief and even walked away while we were mid sentence asking for a drink. We were her only table at first. She then proceeded to walk back up to the table holding one of our drinks and ask what our appetizers were again because she ran away too fast the first time. However, she took the drink back with her instead of handing it to us. I get if she was busy but she then proceeded to stand and just chit chat with the bar while we were waiting for the drink. Then it came to the food, we asked for an over hard egg (which is because of an allergy) and the egg came up sunny side up. The burgers (we ordered 3) had no flavor and the boneless wings were rubbery. Do not order the honey hot wings, tasted like honey mixed with tapatio. The flatbread, loaded fries, and salad was good though. Except the salad came out 20 minutes after everything else and the meat was underseasoned. The waitress continued to cut us off everytime we tried to ask for something.
I am just upset but its okay because I don't usually go to sports bars and probably wont again. $110 combined for a truly terrible time. Not worth the allergic reaction, please if someone asks for an egg over hard please please do not give them a raw egg you never know if its for an allergy...
Read moreI thought we would give this chain another chance, after a horrible experience in the past. Well they definitely still hate customers. The table was dirty and sticky after they seated us. I asked the waitress if someone could please wipe the table off. The younger blond female employee said..."yeah I'll get someone". That never happened, so I had to get some water and a paper towel and wipe it off myself. We ordered two ice teas, they both looked like sink water and there was no taste to them. I asked the same employee who was our waitress, if they had some actual ice tea. She replied with an irritated voice "No that's what we have". I said, can you please just bring us water then. On her return trip, she stated, "You aren't the first person to complain about the tea". Our waitress would go hangout in the food area chatting with her co-workers for extended amounts of time, as we could see her chatting away and waving her arms. Obviously complaining about all the customers. When she finally walked back by, I asked for some ranch dressing. Her reply was "Yeah". After we finished eating, she's asked if we were ready for the check. I said yes, then we sat there for about 7 minutes waiting. The next day my stomach was hurting, and I had diarrhea from the food.
