Made reservations for Father's Day at 6:30pm. Arrived a few minutes early and was immediately seated with water already in the table which was nice. Our reservation was in the dining area which you enter by walking through the lounge. The lounge looked like a lot of fun with live music and cool booths. The dining area was a bit darker with nice lighting and cool displace screen. The atmosphere of the entire place was on point. Our server explained that they were short staffed tonight as she took our drink and food order. I ordered a diet Coke which arrived flat, zero carbonation. The waitress circled back about 20 minutes later to say the appetizer we ordered, they were out of so we changed it, no big deal. She also exchanged my diet Coke (which I explained what was wrong)for a another soft drink that came back also with no carbonation. After about another 20 minutes if not being able to find her, I approached the bar to exchange my drink. Our waitress came out and I explained this was flat too and she responded that yeah the carbonation is out and offered me a tea or lemonade. When she brought the drink to my table which was maybe 30 minutes after ordering, she noted we didn't have our appetizer, apologized, and said she'd bring it right out. That didn't happen. About 30 minutes later somebody else brought our food out, no appetizer. I explained that we didn't get the appetizer and could the please remove it from our bill. Again another apology.
Side note: we noticed the table next to us had ordered 2 of the braised ribs. They looked amazing which made us happy cause we are order of them too as you can see in the picture. A few minutes later they had waited down a server and their food was gone. Turns out both orders were cold including the mashed potatoes.
Unfortunately after waiting so long for our food, it wasn't any better. The chicken of my chicken parmesan was so tough I think it could have gone three rounds with Mike Tyson and the noodles were overcooked to the point they were mushy. It was probably due to the fact that the plate itself was about 400 degrees. Our braised beef was decent in one side and beef jerky on the other. Maybe all of this isn't typical of the restaurant but Father's Day evening was a bust for them. We had to track down the waitress for the bill after she asked how was the food and gave her an honest polite answer. Then we had to track down another person to pay the bill. No discounts offered just an apology and being asked to give them another try later. Maybe the lounge but definitely...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. From the moment we walked in, the service at VYBE was absolutely unacceptable. The two hostesses at the front were snobby and rude, barely acknowledging us before seating us at a wobbly, unappealing table. We sat there for over 15 minutes before anyone even brought us water—zero urgency, zero hospitality.
Meanwhile, the manager (who I overheard someone say goes by the self-proclaimed “Godfather of Chandler”) was walking around introducing himself to other tables—yet when he made eye contact with us, he blatantly ignored us. Not sure why we were treated differently, but the lack of professionalism was shocking.
We politely asked to move to a different table in the mostly empty restaurant, and the server told us we’d have to go back to the front to ask the hostesses for approval… as if we were an inconvenience. As we started heading to the other side of the restaurant, the manager literally brushed past me, almost shoulder-checking me, in what felt like a weird power move. Completely unnecessary and uncomfortable.
There’s no excuse for that kind of energy, especially in a place that claims to care about “vibes.” The only vibe here was arrogance and poor service. Save your time and money—there are plenty of better spots in Chandler that know how to treat...
Read moreMy recent visit to Vybe was fantastic from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is a definite highlight—it's incredibly spacious, entrance is a bar station then restaurant, inside the restaurant are two large projection walls that add a unique, dynamic vibe to the room. The music selection was also on point, creating a great backdrop for the evening without being too loud. The food was a five-star experience in this area. We started with the tako mojo 21, which was perfectly seasoned, and the strawberry salad was a refreshing and delicious surprise. For our main courses, we went with the 8oz filet and the chicken pesto pasta, both of which were cooked to perfection. The filet was tender and flavorful, and the pasta was rich and savory. We also ordered the Vegas roll, which was fresh and expertly made. To top it all off, the two glasses of wine we had paired wonderfully with our meals. Beyond the food and ambiance, the staff's and manager’s hospitality truly made the night special. They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend Vybe for anyone looking for a great meal in a cool, vibrant setting with...
