Manager Daniella is horrible and blows you off. I used a coupon to buy an item and get a quesadilla for free. Cashier asked for help from another associate as she didn’t know how to use the coupon. The second associate verified the coupon and ran it. My wife noticed after the fact we were not given the discount. We notified them and figured the quesadilla needed to be cheese so changed it to make it less than the purchased item and we were told it would be refunded. I asked the manager to confirm and she said give it 3 days. Today bank showed no refund and in calling her she said the quesadilla was not equal because given a chicken. I told her that we ordered the cheese and it went through 3 employees to verify everything was correct and we even offered to pay for our meal but wanted the coupon back and they refused. Our receipt even shows we tried to order a cheese quesadilla but given the chicken. The main problem was half the staff doesn’t speak English and communicating is very difficult when a mistake happens because they don’t entirely understand. The manager should have stepped up when she saw the problem on day one and made a solution but instead blew us off and said we would get a refund in 3 days in hopes we wouldn’t check our bank. I will despute with my bank.

The first time I went to the Chandler location I signed up for the app and was not able to use the free taco. The person at the window said the system was down so they gave me a coupon for a free taco. My next two visits have not gone so well using the coupon, At the drive thru my paper receipt and what I was charged on my credit card have been different. The first time I caught it at the reader. Then the person at the window complained that the wifi was not good and things don't always work. Blaming the wifi for the register and cc reader not sinking. today I asked if the app was working an was told by the same person that the wifi was bad at this store and to take a screen shot. She read the bar code on my phone and it took off 1 taco. looked at my paper receipt it showed 2 tacos and one was subtracted. GREAT the app is working. then about 10 minuets later the text from my bank showed the original total. Then I realized I had to make them change the total on the card reader. So I have decided to not go to this location any more. But seeing as the other locations are nowhere on my daily paths I probably just wont go to any locations. I said, "Just change your gloves. Then tonight I go in. Cause this was a couple times a week spot. And the guy assembling the food tonight was eating over the other food!!! No joke. This place has skyrocketed in price. Had to pay twice because the cashier couldn't put one to go and for eat in... like just ask the guy that's eating the carne asada to bag it up!
