New Asian Fusion — Restaurant in Chandler

I’m literally so disappointed they have nothing but great reviews. Went here last night with my significant other. We ordered the same thing but one noodles and one rice. They completely got my entree wrong and gave me ramen. The issue with this is I don’t eat pork. Everything we received had pork in it so I went hungry. We ordered over the phone so we could pay in person. We couldn’t check the bag because they had wrapped the food multiple times and we had to rip it open when we got home. We drove almost a half hour here. And a half hour back. So by the time we got home and opened the food, we didn’t want to drive another hour to get the correct order.

They recited the order back to us, and it sounded fine, we get there and they recited the order again, everything was fine. We get home and open our food and lo and behold, the completely wrong order. What I ordered was cheaper than what they gave us so they charged us more than what we ordered. Don’t go here. Obviously they don’t know how to communicate orders correctly. I have never been more upset about getting an order wrong than here. It was expensive, the ramen was not good, and my entire day was ruined because I didn’t get to eat the dinner that I paid for because guess what, they don’t know how to listen. I strongly recommend to go anywhere...

I’m very happy with this little find! :) I just moved from Las Vegas, and trying to find good ramen was looking like a fruitless battle, until my coworker recommended me here, and I was skeptical, but I’m so happy to be wrong! I absolutely love the ramen here and the pork egg rolls were divine 🤤

It’s quaint and quiet, and it’s a great place for a good meal! I’m eager to try out their other food as well, but their tonkotsu ramen was good! I added chili oil and it was even better! I think my next endeavor is going to try their curry ramen, but anyway, highly...

Food is good, but we ordered from grubhub and there was the lunch special menu, when I came to pick up the order they told me that they were supposed to charge me more because the Lunch special is only during the week. I told them that grubhub offered the special and obviously not my responsibility. They said okay, an hour later we get notified that we’re being charged extra. This is so unfair because they should respect was is being offered to us, it is not our responsibility but theirs to make sure what offers they have in grubhub...
