Well I recently went and purchased star wars decor that a friend was looking for and I asked if I didnt need it or my friend didnt like it if I could return it and the lady and the man said yes , well they only refunded me for one , when they said I would get refunded , she pointed and the sign no refunds and I was like ok but yall told me that I would get a refund . By the way both star wars cake decor was still in the package . Anyways I left the star wars cake decor at the counter and told her she could keep it without getting a refund, since I didnt need it anyways.I thought it was really messed up.i guess ill find another cake store im sure theres other cake stores out there with good cakes . One more thing what upsets me is that I've been a loyal customer and have gotten all my cakes from them. But not anymore! I hate leaving bad reviews but this did it for me , I usually try to support mom and pop places but they really need to be better with the customers specially if they have been going for a while. Not a single complete piece fell on the plate! Worst than Tres Leches and my Son nor my family like Tres Leches. She did not even bother to understand that my child did not enjoy his cake. Read moreThe owner was extremely rude. I recently sent a very popular logo to be printed on sugar paper. CALLING ALL AGGIES!! Texas A&M iconic maroon color logo. Their business printed the logo brown. She then said that brown was the official color of the university. She asked if I was going to buy the brown print. I explain that is not the color I requested and I’ll be happy to provide another logo to see if it would print better. Her response was “I can’t print you anything else if your not going to buy it.” I share this because I once had a bad experience with this business but this is now the second time.
