As ex Starbucks baristas my fiancée and I understand that working there isn’t always the best but it’s still your job, so do it correctly. We went through the drive thru and while placing our order the girl at the window rushed me. Mind you no one else was in line. I felt like I wasn’t able to finish ordering my drinks so when I got to the window I wanted to make sure I ordered correctly and when I asked if I specified what milk I wanted she told me no and when I asked to get it made with the correct milk she sighed, rolled her eyes put her hand on her face and tells the barista at the bar to remake one of my drinks and once it was done she handed the drinks to me with the milk halfway. I ordered 2 grande hot drinks and both felt like talls. The way cup felt we could tell the milk wasn’t aerated right it left the drinks foamy and light like a cappuccino, which by the way isn’t what I ordered. The lady at the window was rude from the get go so we drove off and decided to go inside to have our drinks remade. My fiancée Spoke to another lady who claimed she was the SSV her name started with a “C” after telling her that the drinks were made incorrectly she took the order again and my fiancée waited in line for them to be remade…No apology was given. They give My fiancée the drinks and when she came back to the vehicle I tried mine and realized it was still incorrect. So was my fiancée’s but she had to settle for hers because we had already been there for about 30-40 mins, but I had to get mine remade agian. I walked in and waited a while until someone acknowledged me. The SSV asked “what’s wrong with it” talking about my drink… not even a “hello” just straight to the point and I explained to her how the drink needed to be remade. She goes to the bar about to make my drink with the wrong milk not once but twice…after I specifically said Breve and she throws he hands up in the air then hands my order to a Barista whose name started with an “A”. He makes my drink and it’s light and foamy. At this point I didn’t even want the drink anymore but I asked the SSV why the drink was light? She then said “I’m doing my best I have a lot to do before we close tonight, you’ll have to wait for it to be remade again. I told her “No need to remake it entirely just add more milk and that’s it.” She handed it back to me with no apology. And I left. I can’t believe it took multiple tries to get our order right. I was the only person in line to order and the only person waiting to for my drink to be made. So it was weird to see how long my simple drink was taking. There was 4 people working behind the counter. And it seemed like the only concern was getting the drinks made for the drive through and drive through only. I waited drink after drink and after 5 drinks were made for what seemed like 5 different drive through customers I started wondering where is MY drink. I assumed that since I was standing there and the only customer waiting it would be logical that someone attempted to start making my order. I asked the barista who's name was Clarrisa how much longer was my order gonna take and she decided to pop off with a rude and disrespectful tone. I was taken aback by her rudeness and asked if she had a problem, she decided to go all in and get even nastier than before and raise her voice. I decided that I was not going to risk allowing anyone with such a horrible lack of professionalism make my order since who knows what kind of drink I will receive from such a person. I walked back to the register asked for my money back and told the cashier I did not want the drink anymore. He gave me a very weak apology and refunded my money. Here is where I get really mad. I asked for the managers card and he pointed to a stack of cards and said" those are my business cards right there" meaning HE was the manager, he watched this whole thing happen and did nothing, said nothing, and never bothered to make the drink for me himself. More than the rude , disrespectful barista I found that factor more disturbing and left a bad taste in my mouth. Next I will be calling corporate office. Read moreNormally I will order online and pick up, this morning for some reason the app was not allowing me to order online as a popup message stated "order online with unavailable"... So we get there & I was going to go through drive-thru but there were three cars in line. I park (6:48 AM) my son walks in & there was one customer ahead, within 2 mins approx the customer walks out, my son orders his usual. Meanwhile the cars from drive-thru are pulling up and getting their orders & driving on. 6:58 AM (10 mins.) I call my son asking him what the holdup is, he states that they are still waiting their 2nd drink but has the rest of his order. So I'm observing & still seeing these cars driving up getting their orders & driving on. It's now 6:59 AM I'm walking in asking the cashier "what's the holdup, why are we still waiting yet all these cars in drive-thru are just driving up getting their orders & driving on". The cashier goes on to say that "they're still waiting on 1 more drink". I state "for 1 simple drink we're still waiting yet there isn't anyone else waiting & mobile ordering is turned off". He proceeds to say that there was a mix-up with the order... I tell him what is the mix-up if it's just 1 Strawberry w/Lemonade Refresher yet y'all are taking care of drive-thru and forget your customers that are waiting in store. He walks to where all the baristas are & mentions what I stated with a smirk on his face then walks back up with a barista that sits the drink on the counter & states that somebody must have walked off with the first drink. I tell her "yeah my son did that's, the 2nd drink he's been waiting on. I grabbed the drink and walk off.
