I have never experienced bad service here until today. The menu has changed a lot. My MIL is pretty much blind and my Brother-in-law has autism. They wanted to do 2 separate orders because my Brother-in-law wanted to pay for his own food. He had a hard time figuring out what he wanted because the menu letters are quite small and the menu was different than the last time he went. He ended up getting a Steak Quesarito and a drink.
I then told the lady our second order. Instead of showing true patience and hospitality while my almost blind MIL was asking me what was on the menu and what came with what, she proceeds to rudely comment how I needed to hurry up because there was a line. I had to wait in a line, mind you, to even order what we wanted. I ended up rushing the order and missed asking about some tacos my Brother-in-law wanted but didn't see on the menu.
I proceed to the window and ask them if they still have the Doritos Locos Tacos because he didn't see them on the menu. 2 people at the window preceded to tell me that I would have to wait in the line again to add some tacos to my order. So we did just to get the 3 tacos.
Mind you I also had an upset 6 year old who had to witness all of this and hear the rude comment made to me and see how we were treated.
Seriously, a 15 minute trip to Taco Bell turned into an hour of disaster. Had they shown patience or even a smidgen of hospitality while I tried to assist people in my car, maybe I wouldn't be writing this review.

Read moreWe ordered from doordash, and arrived 5 to 10mins after our pickup time. No one was at the counter when we got there. However, there was 2 or 3 guests waiting to be serviced. I asked if they had been helped, one man just chuckled and shook his head. So I said "excuse me" to get the attention of the girl working the window. This lady looked at me, rolled her eyes, and gave me the wait a min finger. I proceeded to tell her that we ordered through doordash. She reluctantly looked at the only bags sitting on their counter and asked for our names. The food was ours, but we were missing one. She brought the food over to us and put them on the counter with her back turned and told us we had to wait. We had already been in the store for 15mins. It took them 30mins to make the other order. They literally caused the inside line to be backed up and there were barely any customers at the drive thru window. None of the employees were wearing name tags btw...and there were no names on our receipts. And none of them were friendly. Anyway, my soda tasted like acid....so I informed the same lady that the machine may need to be checked. She came back 5mins later to tell me that the machine was fine, that's just how the drink tastes. So I exchanged my drink for something else. Read moreI've worked in every form of dining from fast food to fine dining. I have to say this is the most incompetent, undertrained and ill equipped group of staff I've ever run across. I placed an order through the mobile app, got confirmation and my card was charged. When I arrived to pick up my order they said I still owed $.12... ok not what my receipt says but who really cares about $.12. So I tried to pay them with the card that was charged, they could not figure out how to do it, i then gave them another debit card and still could not figure out how to ring it up, then i offered cash and they said it could not be done. So over the $.12 they said i owed i left without my food that i was charged $12 for. I then asked for a manager to contact and they had none on duty, so I asked for a business card... surprise they had none. So I was given a managers number to call written on a receipt paper, and she had no clue as to what number i needed to call to get it straightened out. That I should google it, what a complete joke of staff never again will I visit this or any taco bell again in my life. Spent almost an hour trying to get my order, with an attempted trip inside but the door was locked 10 minutes early, so I made 2 trips through the drive through trying to get a refund, or someone that could deal with this problem and all I got was I needed to leave because I was holding up the line.
