Terrible. 1st off, wanted to order meals. They couldn't Whatasize saying all they had were small sized glasses. Ok. Asked if they were going to adjust the price. No answer. Ordered two meals. The 2nd one was with gravy for the chicken strips. I didn't even want to try and order the chocolate malt I wanted either. Paid for my order and got receipt. No adjustment in price was made. Asked to speak with a manager. The manager confirmed lack of proper size glasses for meals. Asked for adjustment and was told they couldn't do that. Wha? So I asked for at least another drink. She told cashier to give me another glass. I asked for a drink holder and got another dirty look from cashier. Got the holder. Ok, so I go to fill my three small glasses. Guess what? No coke. That's all I wanted. None available and when I asked another employee I was told they didn't have any. I tried the lemonade. None. I tried Sprite. Yea it was okay. I got Strawberry and then Rootbeer. We really wanted regular Coke. When I got my order I asked for ketchup. While the employee went to get some, I looked in the bag to check my order. I didn't see my gravy. Asked for that and went home. Whew so stressful. When I took my food out of the bag, the container of fries was half empty and so was the gravy container. The strips and fries weren't hot and they were burnt. Not flavorful. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience with terrible service. Imagine if I had gone through the drive-thru. I definitely need to go to a different location when I want Whataburger. There were other customers with issues as well. So sad. Don't recommend anything from this location. UPDATE 3/27/25: Thought I would try the Whatafish platter at this dine trip. What a joke!! It was 2 pieces of really greasy fried fish that tasted really fishy. It did not have a clean taste. The breading was awful. The "platter" also had fries and included a drink and a small cup of tartar sauce. That's it. No lemon or cocktail is available. I asked. (I should have just ordered some fries.) For a platter this should be mandatory. It was DEFINITELY NOT worth the $9.69 price!!!!!! I really wasted my money. Do not buy this unless you like to waste money and enjoy getting indigestion. I do NOT recommend getting any fish from Whataburger, period. Read moreIn May 2024, I visited this location with my family. We had 3 separate orders. The first person to order had been waiting 30 minutes for their order. I approached the counter for myself, but asked about the missing order. It appeared that no one knew what was going on, so I asked for the manager on duty. Charles eventually looked my way from the production line. I made him come to the counter. I explained the issue, then looked at an order identical to the one thst was ordered. That order had been sitting there the entire time I stood at the counter - 7 minutes! I told Charles that was unacceptable. He accused me of lying and started to argue with me! Then, he's going to yell at me that he can make another order, but that we were gonna wait. "I can make you wait as long as I want to!" My family member told me not to argue with the idiot and to just take the food. So, I did. I filled out the survey and explained the above.
On May 21st, I received an email from "Dillmisha." She apologized for what happened, and asked me to give her a call to resolve any issues. I was extremely busy at work that week, and ended up calling her the following week. No one answered the phone at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. I sent Dillmisha an email asking her to call me on Fridays because I work from home on Fridays and would have time to discuss. It's now June 29th, and I still have yet to hear from anybody.
DO NOT trust these people! They have THE WORST customer service around! They obviously don't care about ensuring their customers are pleased! I'll be taking my business elsewhere after being a loyal customer since the day this...
Read moreIncredibly unpleasant....I went in for dinner after a long day of work, take out to go home. I go inside, there's literally no one else in the lobby except for one family that was finishing their order as I approached the counter, where the manager (Robert, different uniform) was taking orders. The other family has moved on and now it's just me, the gentlemen behind the counter started talking with a coworker, then scanning the lobby for anyone else to help, and repeating and alternating between the two tasks, while I'm standing directly in front of him for about 5 minutes....another customer enters and he addresses her as she approaches immediately, to which she kind of waves him off and stands in line behind me.....only then does he take my order. A very basic plain burger meal.... The order was wrong (mistakes happen, I get that) I return to the restraunt with the loaded burger, and very clear receipt indicating "plain burger, add cheese" and the same guy who took my order, sat there looking between the burger, the receipt, and me like I was trying to play a trick on him.....I just kind of left the bag with him and sat down and waited....10 more minutes passed and he hands me my bag with the remade burger but missing the fries the former bag included.....he noticed it and asked about it and I just said "that's okay I'm done have a good night" took my burger and left..... There's literally 3 other whataburgers in a 5 mile radius from this location, I would highly recommend taking your business to literally any other one because they will definitely...
