Osaka Japanese Steakhouse — Restaurant in Channelview

We used to use this location quite frequently, but as of late the staff hasn't been able to get our order correct in the last 3 visits. We request that the food doesn't have mushrooms, Not only does it have mushrooms in the food that we ordered but it also has mushrooms in the "Clear Soup" that their online menu offers, when i called the management tried to tell me that i could not have my money back for the items that were incorrect, and when i told them that was unacceptable, they told me that i would have bring back the soup on a different day to receive any money back, i couldn't do it on the same day, because after i called and spoke to someone whom acknowledged my concerns with the food and told me the "manager" would call me back in 5 minutes, i proceeded to wait almost 2 hours until I CALLED THEM BACK. She clearly knew about my order being incorrect because in the span of about 35 seconds she had my ticket without me giving any kind of information to her.

TL:DR Management here is a joke, want their customer base to bring back food which was cooked incorrectly, at the stores leisure just for the possibility of being refunded money which was wrongfully spent. I will not come to this location again, and i will tell everyone about my bad experience so they don't get...

This has to be hands down the WORST hibachi experience we’ve ever had. I ordered the ny steak and rice and my friend ordered the chicken and rice. The onion soup was VERY onion-y and salty. When we arrived they had already took the other people’s order so I didn’t know that there were scallops (which I’m allergic to) until the chef came out. When I tried to tell the chef he didn’t understand so the other family at our table had to translate in Spanish that I was allergic. The whole time through the cooking I had to ask the family to translate that I ordered extra rice. I asked for my steak medium rare and when it was served to me it was well done. On top of everything he added WAY TOO MUCH SALT to EVERYTHING. While cooking and even after the cook he did not offer any of us sauce for our meal like at most places. Once we finally got the sauce the yum-yum sauce was pretty much straight ranch with a hint of something else. Over all I couldn’t eat it because of how much salt was on it. Me and my fiance came to this reastraunt. So i could surprise him. The sevice was horrible. And Sushi low quality. The clear soup was disgusting, and the salad was gross and the dishes that the food was served on. Was low quality.. Thier Dr. Pepper sodas were flat no fizz.. We got the spider roll an the dragon roll the eel was not cooked but tasted like chewing on raw fat. The soft shell crab in the spider roll had barnicles on it an hair. When trying to make a complaint about the Sushi. My fiance had to get up an find the Server. When we told her the Problem she went an seeked her manager. When the manager came to the habachi side.. An explained they have the best Sushi an talked to US like we weren't human. Instead of taking the critisism she went on a rant.. And rudely told US. We take pride in our food an since you dont like our food there is the door. Smh.. This place was the worst i have ever experienced. I will not recommend anyone eating here.. I guess I should have known something was wrong when the place was deserted like a Dessert. I wanted to slap the hell out...
