Worst customer service experience. I am writing to share my unpleasant experience at Hooters, Chantilly. on April 10,2023, me and my two other friends visited Hooters and were greeted by Hayley. We wanted to order a pitcher of Busch lite, but was informed that since they have issues pouring Busch lite, we can order Miller Lite/Michelob at the same price of Busch lite. We were quite satisfied with this arrangement and ordered a pitcher of Miller Lite. Since we wanted to repeat our order, we specifically asked Hayley if we can get the second pitcher at the same price of Busch lite. She confirmed not only once but twice that Miller/Michelob will be served at the price of Busch Lite.
At the same time, we also ordered wings on BOGO offer and after some time, my friend confirmed with Hayley that since he got a coupon for appetizer, will that be applicable on this order as well? Only after we got the confirmation from her, we went ahead and placed an appetizer. To our utter surprise, when we finally received the bill, we were charged of 3 pitchers (Busch lite, Miller lite and Michelob ultra), instead of 2 and that is also at the actual price of Miller/Michelob. We requested to strike off a pitcher from the bill and make sure to charge us at the price promised. Strangely at the end, we were told that she can try but cannot guarantee us on this and approached manager. The manager showed up with the new bill and told us that he cannot price-match the second pitcher, since we knew that Busch lite is not available, Also, he cannot combine two offers, BOGO on wings and appetizer (Which Hayley did when we received bill with 3 pitcher). *We were sternly told that nobody in this country will do that for us. We totally understand that there might be certain rules and regulations of a Restaurant but were totally shocked and disappointed when we didn’t get what was actually promised. This is not the first visit to Hooters, rather I am quite happy with the service of Hooters at the other branches. However, last evening was totally a mood spoiler for all of us. Marlene was the worst waitress and explains why only we were in her section. Greeting was normal, drinks appeared quickly and seemed to look like it was going be good service. Another server drop food off, no appearance since drinks by our waitress and we saw food was wrong. I started looking for wait staff but none on our side of building. To list things wrong
When waitress finally return ask if we want refills I said no and wife said yes. Asked if everything ok? I said yes since we were done and what is the point to try fix something that should been fixed 20 mins ago with an appearance. I come to this restaurant often, was there previous week with customer and the bartender couldn't bother to make drinks because they forgot. Talked to a manager Chrissy and said they return my phone call. Spoiler alert didn't follow through. Hopefully corporate will read this and actually fixed issues.
The response was generic automated that wasn't even close to what was sent. Dropped rating to 1 star because like restaurant staff corporate doesn't care

Today, we 5 of us office colleagues went around 5.00 pm to hooters Located in Chantilly. The receptionist who received us is rude and spotted a table for us. Okay here comes the server named OLIVIA who did not even ready to look at our face while taking the order. Okay, initially we thought she was in a tremendous work load so we did it even mind it much and ordered the items. She maintained the rudeness and arrogance through out the serving time of more than 2 hours. Have to call several times even to communicate a small things and she tries to avoid us and looking towards us intentionally and even if she comes just slide the items and go. Really disappointed with the way we have been treated and Rooters, Chantilly please upfront let us know if you have a problem and are not ready to greet and treat certain people and if you have any discrimination policy. We will not come to Chantilly hooters, since you are not servicing us a free food. I have been to hooters many years and this is the first time in Chantilly which ended up in huge disappointment. I work in office where about 300 employees and will try to communicate with everyone for not go to this hooters located in Chantilly.
