Starbucks — Restaurant in Chapel Hill

My husband has been in the UNC Chapel Hill Hospital and I love Starbucks, so I have been to this one several times. Each time the employees act like they could careless about serving me. Yesterday morning I ordered a medium plain coffee and a scone. I waited 15 minutes for my order. The customers who were after me and ordering complicated coffees got their order before me. Then tonight, Starbucks was completely, except 2 employees who were chatting to each other. I was not acknowledged when I walked in and waited several minutes before one of them asked to take my order. She took my order and left. I used a credit card and she did not bother to give my receipt, so I had to reach under the protection shield, to tear off my own receipt. I do not do this very often at all but with the way this world has been going the past few years we need more Positivity, Kindness and a little compassion for others! Today Mr. Chris at this Starbucks had all of that with a big bag of chips 😂 ! He did not just help me with my coffee selection which he did amazing with picking the Ms. Donna. I go here all the time, and they always make my order right and are very professional. They're usually super busy and sometimes the line can be long, but it's a big place so that's fine.

Edit: Downgraded to 4 stars because there was an older Asian gentleman working today who was extremely rude. He made me the wrong drink and when I politely pointed it out, he shrugged and rolled his eyes and said it had all the ingredients.
