Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Chapmanville

Love their food and big menu selection. Friendly and helpful staff and the food is always fresh. They deliver but I live a little out of Thier delivery distance. I was having car issues and was really wanting a Gino's pizza a few months ago and when I called and asked if they could deliver to me. At first, they said no that it wasn't possible for them to do it. However, she told me to hang on and they had a change if mind. They had the delivery guy to bring it on my house. Why, plz someone tell me why when u ask for something like well done they just do what they want. Do they have a brain. this place and Giovanni here in town needs to learn how to cook. They can't even if u tell them.. im so sick of these places just willie Nellie cooking and they never offer your money back. Pizza hut falls in that as well. I see why there is one there when u go pick up. And the place needs new workers not ones that look like they just left a punk rock concert.. just steamed about again...

My wife and I had been traveling home from Tennessee and decided to stop here. The staff was not very friendly and when we asked for actual silver ware so we could cut our food they produced what looked like a baby fork and said that was all they had. I have eaten at other Gino's locations that had great service. The food is good but not the service....
