Bee-Tween Friendz — Local services in Chapmanville

My husband ordered a beautiful bouquet of spring tulips for me which he was charged $106 for. The flowers came. They are NOTHING like he ordered. 2 roses? 2 tulips, one small hydrangea and a few filler flowers. Just extremely sad. I placed pictures below for comparison. On the left is what received for almost $110!!!! The right was what was actually ordered.

Edit- and since the owner decided to respond back in such a way, I’ll also add how incredibly rude and defensive she was from the moment she answered the phone. I was trying to stay as professional as possible. I could barely speak. Every time I tried to talk she over-spoke and I could barely even get a word in! Just a terrible experience all the way around. When someone orders something online and you see that you can’t fulfill it, maybe just let the online company know that you had nothing like what was ordered, down to the base. You obviously have some sort of contract with them otherwise your shop wouldn’t have been chosen. I never EVER leave reviews...

I live out of state and had forgotten all about my daughter-in-law's birthday. In a panic I called and told the sweet lady my situation. Since I could not be there to choose in person, she went to the trouble to send me numerous pictures of plants and other gifts that she had, so I was able to pick out what I wanted.
