If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I called because they gave me amoxicillin for a tooth infection last Friday. I called today (Tuesday) because it’s not working and they said that I need to follow up with the dentist because that’s not really their thing. I have an appt Monday for the dentist (they are hard to get in with and that’s the earliest appt) but they don’t care to let someone have an infected, pus filled gum. I will never let them care for me or my kids again and I’ll make sure everyone else knows how awful they are. They are the only drs who wouldn’t treat an infection but I’ll get that taken care of by a good dr tomorrow thank God. They have so many bad reviews for a reason and honestly probably more but these make you post publicly and not everyone has balls to post the truth! They need to pay for more phone lines or another receptionist instead of being so cheap. Also if you’re sick and stuffy, they’ll call you in a steroid that won’t even help you. If you’re looking to be treated, I’d definitely go to somewhere else unless you want to keep calling them and dealing with the issue of someone answering and asking them to switch the meds because they don’t seem to know what meds are best for whatever you have going...

Would not even rate a #1 !!! If a Patient tells a dr they have bed sores from their hospital stay and the Dr don't look for himself and do an accessment of the situation I mean what kind of dr is this??? Not one that I would want to take care of my loved ones. They were rude and didn't really care to see or listen to the patient, just push some pills and out the door ya go!!! Apparently alot of medical staff lost their capibility to care for people and humanity. Most just see dollar signs and zero bedside manners and the same for some of the staff not all but some. So I had to rate it a one or i could not post but he gets a zero when you don't check a patients wounds when thats why they came in the first place! You get a ZERO!!!! Oh and they never answer...

I'm treated as a patient that when I ask a question or have an issue or health problem, they are the most professional, staff and Dr's I've seen in a very long time. Its as if you have known them, forever and it makes the visit even more, than just health care....they really treat you as their only patient or so it feels.
