Everytime i come to this place my food is messed up or straight up disgusting. I often order chips and cheese, and 9/10 times my chips taste like chemicals or are incredibly stale. The staff are always incredibly rude. I pulled up 5 minutes before they closed, which I understand how frustrating it is when someone does that, but they took the persons order in front of me then shut off the screen, and pretended as if I wasn’t there. I ordered through the mobile app for my daughter, son-in-law, wife and myself. As usual almost the entire order was handed to me wrong and even though I was polite as I could be the girl working the drive through Wasson snotty and acted like it was ridiculous of me to ask them to correct the mistakes on our food, more people should demand quality service for the things we pay hard...

They never get the orders right...ESPECIALLY if you use the app and just pick up. 3 times I have ordered ahead via the app and 3 times they have forgotten 2 to 5 of the items. When I have asked them if the order was correct, they confirm it is, and if you check it in front of them, they give ya attitude.

Plus side, if you drive through or eat in, they don't...
