Arby's — Restaurant in Chardon

Probably not going to come back. In the past we have had wonderful service and our order was always right. This time, teenagers that work there can't seem to do their job and want to just sit around and hang out with friends. We came in, the girl who waited on us would constantly be yelling when she opened her mouth when she was talking to her friends. She waited on us fine and took our order right... I'll give her that. But after she was done, she decided that it was time to go back to the tables and sit with her friends and hang out. There was another kid who said he would clean her tables for her but I assume he was supposed to be on drive thru as he was wearing a head set. The whole time we were in there hailey(the girl who waited on us) was yelling between her friends and her coworkers. When we got our food, my sandwich(the Nashville hot fish) looked as if the cook just dumped a bunch of the spices in the middle of the sandwich. It was so much that I could barely eat it. I looked at my fiance and I could tell it was time to go esp with all the yelling and obnociousness that was going on. I'm not one to usually complain to a manager or anything, but as I see it if your there to work go work. And do your job properly. I apologize that this place seems like it's just babysitting kids. I used to work in fast food for almost 5 years. I know it's not the hardest job in the world. I think I'm mostly upset more for the sandwich because I wasted my money and had to throw out the sandwich. I even tried to spread or wipe off some of the spices...needless to say, this is the last time I'll ever go to arbys again. At...

I've been wanting to try the new "pecan chicken salad market fresh sandwich" so today I finally did! Unfortunately, once again an Arby's sandwich is over priced but sounds & looks good but is only a disappointing messy waist of money. 1st, the Arby's staff isn't aloud to cut the sandwich due to some nut allergy reason. I don't know how this sandwich qualifies since the word pecan is only in the name of the sandwich and there doesn't seem to be any actual pecans in the actual sandwich! So if you're thinking about going through the drive-thru and eating this sandwich in the car or on a lunch break in the car you should forget it because it's a real mess! They'll give you a plastic knife but to cut it in the car, it's just a mess! Obviously, the so called "pecan chicken salad market fresh sandwich" was titled incorrectly! An honest title would have been the "grape and celery chicken salad market fresh sandwich". Would've rather marked this as zero stars, but I didn't have the option. Probably the rudest people in Chardon. We walked into the building, signs said they would close at 11pm. At this time, it was before 10pm. A guy rushed towards us from the counter area - before we were even fully in the building, he grabbed the door while we were still holding it open -- as if we walked in on them something wrong.. he yelled, "we're closed!".. we had stated that the door said 11pm.. it was still way early compared to that. He then stated "yeah.. the drive through". Okay... you could've approached the situation in a better way. Probably could've did a lot of things different.. Maybe taken our order anyways? Instead.. we left, while he muttered comments behind us, "that's fine". They rushed to lock all the doors and turn off the dining room lights while we got back in our cars. We will never return. As one of the few fast food chains in Chardon, this was one of our favorites. Never again. They should probably check their attitudes and put up signs or change their hours listed on the doors.
