Domino's Chardon — Restaurant in Chardon

Ordered the new tater tots 1- Philly cheese and 1-Loaded. We were told 20 minutes for delivery, called them after 45 minutes and was told our order did not go thru? I called back requesting the Manager, she said it went thru and due to the Maple Festival and rerouting of traffic (I don't think they reroute Route 6/Water Street West at 8:40pm) they were running late on their deliveries. The tater tots did arrive after 55 minutes true to form, cold! It seems Chardon definitely has major issues with their food enterprises regarding quality and customer service. We will not be patronizing this establishment and the owner(s) might want to reevaluate their management training before ANOTHER Chardon business...

Ive been using this dominos for about 2 years and they have always been consistent! Recently there was a hiccup with my order, and the pizza I received was not up to par. After calling and stating my issue, Tyler was absolutely wonderful and did a phenomenal job helping me with the issue I had. A replacement pizza was sent, and it was absolutely wonderful! Tyler even followed up to ensure the pizza was up to par! Phenomenal staff here who always seek to make sure customers are happy!

We have ordered multiple times from here and every single time they forget our icing for our cinnatwists.
